Omg almost I did not need to come out the car for do my test, everything was quick, the service was great 👍 I think I just took 5 minutes inside, but when I made the appointment I was trying call again to confirmed the address and I did not receive the help I needed and second time. Everything was great inside 😅

Called Bioreference custer service to get details before going in. After one hour transferring between people as this is not their department I was advised I dont need any doctors prescription for blood test. I made appointment and went to this facility. 15 min later they told me they only follow the doctors prescription and it cant be done without it. Wasted quality time....

Bereni and Hector were very understanding, friendly, and tried to help right away without hesitating and I left the office in a positive note and not waiting so long.Only thing corporation needs to improve their system/communication amongst people who are trying to reach this location and their facilities to better serve outpatients by correcting the address and make it clear to patients for certain exams they need to make an appointment and follow certain procedures instead of giving false information by saying its okay to walk-in.

Berenid was very professional and she took my blood without me even feeling a pinch. Very clean place and a beautiful lobby with comfortable seating. Hector was also very professional and very helpful and courteous when I called to make an appointment. Also, I walked in and was taken right away and was out in no time. I will definitely recommend Bio Reference in Elmwood Park to all my friends and family.

The wait time here is unbelievable! Always someone new at the desk has no clue how to check in! Takes forever and it’s so annoying they need a better system. I’m always skipped too when here, it’s frustrating.

I rate, 1-star for the location at Jersey City Medical Center. Only for date-Saturday, April 1st, 2017.To whom it may concern. I brought my husband to get blood work done here at the clinic building, Laboratory office on the second floor in room 210. I can not believe theres only one person running the clinic. The poor guy is managing clerical work as well as drawing blood. This is insane. Why doesnt this guy get help? Ive never seen this before as long as Ive been coming here for services. That is not fair to an employee. That is abuse. Ive never seen a company abuse their employees. Give the folks that work on Saturdays the help they need! There was about 20 people waiting to get blood done. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. but after two hours of waiting and 5 people in front of me. I had to leave and come back during the week. That was totally inconvenient to my husband and I.Lissette

The hiring process there is funky. Seems like they are just wasting peoples time throwing out interview invitations to fill quotas when they ultimately hire within.

Waited 2.5 hrs to be seen today because they were short staffed. Not coming back here again. I would say more but dont want to get staff here in trouble.

So my fiancee drove out of state for interview cause we are relocating up there . They give her an interview and a 2nd interview which lasted over a hour and a half . Just found out after 3 weeks she didnt get the job cause she wasnt qualified which she was. They ask for references and even my fiances supervisor where she works at a hospital told her yeah they never called up to even verify my fiances creditentals. To find out about someones work you have to do a little research. Lack of research. Wasting peoples time and I can say if your not Italian when it comes to the supervisors you wont get hired. There all italian and dont seem to go outside of that! This place needs a big change or start doing your research!! Funny part is theyre still doing interviews and its been over 3 weeks now!

I had a great experience at the Maywood nj location, Ahmed was very helpful and knowledgable with many questions I had. Im usually very nervous when getting blood drawn but Ahmed was great. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs lab work done go to see Ahmed.

Took my 16 month in on monday october 1st for his first round of bloodwork. I was a nervous wreck..the staff was so helpful, kind, and I only waited 5 minutes to be seen. ( thankfully because my son is very impatient) Hector Flores the phlebotomist was great and gentle, and made my son feel at ease. Jane Daves, and Kelly Rodriguez were the sweetest and kept me and my son smiling and distracted the entire time. I cannot thank this team enough for making this one of the most pleasant trips to a medical facility ever in my life, and moving forward i plan to have all mine and my families testing done at this exact location. Thank you guys again for making one nervous mama feel at ease. Jaxon says thank you as well

This is a great lab in Maywood NJ The Phlebotomist Ahmed is great hes always very helpful not just only to me as a physician but to my patients as well my patients. I would recommend anyone if you need a great phlebotomist this is the best place.Dr Azer Alizade
