Its been about 18 months since Brians Flooring did our Shower Tile job and its STILL breathtaking .It was a completely custom job and design around a claw foot tub with built in shelves and its just perfect.I would recommend them all day everyday. I am so glad we checked with them on this project as I had the misconception they were strictly flooring but theyre so much more.EVERYONE was amazing to work with. The design they helped us finalize, the samples and patience and understanding of what we were trying to do was just top notch. Brians Flooring has installed the flooring in out basement, living room, and kitchen. They have also refinished our floors in the bedrooms. Brian was able to direct us on the kind of flooring that would work for out radiant heat. Ciara listened to what we wanted and gave us many options to look at. Paid them almost $1500 to refurbish a hardwood floor in a small 8x10 nursery (we took the carpet out ourselves to save money). The job was subcontracted out by them and I couldnt believe the poor quality. Theres bubbles in the finish on the floor so big/ hard weve scratched our feet to the point they actually have bled, the entire trim (which gadhJUST been painted) had to be repainted from the finish splattering on it, and they even left a huge poly handprint on the wall immediately as you entered the room. While they initially agreed to fix the handprint (not the other issues), a month later (and only weeks before baby was due) nothing had still been done to rectify the situation. Eventually we decided we didnt trust them enough to fix the wall without making it worse so we just bought a poster to put on the wall for now and will have to eventually repaint the room :( Would not hire them again or recommend to anyone else- which is a shame because we had 2 other bedrooms and a hallway we wanted to refurbish next summer.

Poor customer service

We built a new house in 2015 & used Brians Custom Flooring for our whole house! They did wood look ceramic tile on our main floor, a beautiful wood laminate on our upstairs loft, carpeting in upstairs bedrooms, and our incredible master bathroom & guest bath! Brian was great in helping us design our walk-in shower with built in nooks & benches & very cool drain system. I did not want a traditional shower door & Brian got a lovely thick glass panel mounted with bronze hardware to match our sink & shower hardware. Lastly Brians did our glass back splash in our kitchen, they really balanced the mix of color without being repetative. Take the worry out of your project... Brians Custom Flooring can do it all!
