Fantastic store. Never so busy youd want to avoid it, but busy enough at any time to cement the assertion of its worthiness. Good things. Good people.

Need items in bulk? Own a business? Then Sams Club may be the place for you. Most of the prices are comparable or cheaper than competitors in the area. Useful for buying some essentials in stock but not items you have never tried or like to change up. Down side for most is the membership costs.

To start with, I need an electric cart to get around with, due to health. 20 minutes after getting a cart, which showed full charge, it completely died. Had to walk, using my cane,for another cart, also showing fully charged. 10 minutes of more shopping, and that battery completely died. Seems that for all the heavy use, these batteries need to be replaced, or the carts replaced. I told my wife that we should just check out, and go elsewhere for the rest of supplies on my list. The main reason for coming to Sams Club was to restock my vitamins and supplements, which the club was out of both that I needed. I have been trying to decide if I just want to stop renewing my membership, and this is what is probably going to happen, drop my membership.

Everytime I get something I really enjoy from here, they discontinue it. Great place for seasonal items or really common items but not specialty. I order meat in bulk from here. The meat is usually always decent priced and good quality. Its always packed. The only time you can get in and out is early morning or late night.

Aside from having to search for items because they move them around Ive found very little to dislike about sams club. Its great if you need a full gallon of syrup. Or a 2 pound bag of pork rinds. As I joke to my wife, we have to go in and get a 55 gallon drum of ketchup. Like the place very well.

Just a quick trip today. Was able to grab a nice looking brisket for a good price. Always satisfied with the meat prices and selection. Staff was helpful when trying to find products. Cashier fast and friendly.

Always enjoy shopping at Sams Club. The scan and go app makes is so quick and easy, I find myself going there more often because of that. Great choices and prices. Friendly staff.

Not horrible. Not as great as it used to be. But these days not many places are. But they have more and better prices when it comes to quantities and quality!

Good place to shop has most of the stuff youre looking for in stock lost 1⭐ for the fact always get asked to upgrade or do credit card

Sams Club offers a variety of products, from furniture to milk at affordable prices. The return policy is excellent. The food court has pizza, hot dog, sundae, fountain drinks. They also sell a variety of salads

Always a great place to shop. Just be prepared to buy large quantities of one thing.

We shop there weekly. The food is excellent and prices are OK. We buy there often our last few TVs we could not beat their price.We pay for the upgraded membership if you shop there weekly or do large purchases its worth the initial cost.

Sams has good sales on items that we use a lot of. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Love the soft pretzels too! Fresh and hot!

I couldnt be more impressed with Doug and Liz in the pharmacy in the Elmira store. They were genuine and helpful, guiding me through the process of getting flu and shingles shots. I never told them why this was especially difficult for me to step up and ask for the vaccines, though it was very much something I thought about doing. You see,, my belived spouse died suddenly four months ago, and carrying on when we would have done this together made me feel particularly fragile. But they were wonderful, almost as if they knew. They were personable, shared information easily, and conversed with me as if, at least for that time, I was their one focus. I hope they are apprised of how deeply I appreciated their care. I like some things at Sams but I really think its overrated. I prefer to shop in my local Shop Rite stores because they always have the best prices!!!!

It has been over ten years since Ive been here but I was not disappointed. Great prices for bulk items. Very friendly, helpful staff. With Covid-19 going on....all the people I saw in the store were wearing masks, doing their best to stay 6 ft away and if they couldnt, they were polite and said excuse me and thank you. Overall, great experience and hope to continue to shop here when I can.

Inflation is everywhere. Prices are up no matter where you go. Sams was ok. Nothing special

Terrible! They need new electric carts or new batteries for the electric carts they have. My aunt and I each had one and they both kept dying. We backed up to poles to plug them in until they flashed showing they are fully charged . Each time we get about 6 or 8 minutes of mobility and they died again! First it was her cart. Then it was hers again. Then it was my cart and my cart again! We had to give up . We left without several items we specifically came there for. Just had to check out with the few things we had in our carts and get out of there as soon as we could limp ever-dying carts to the front register lines. I hope Sams get new carts or repairs the ones they have. I am physically totally and permanently disabled and my aunt is also with COPD on top of it. Im sure there are plenty of people out there who really need decent mobility shopping carts at Sams.

This was our first trip to this Sams Club since the renovation. They have removed the clothing and added more aisles of groceries! Very nice! We purchased several items at greatly discounted prices. We will return next week.

Love the deals. Great way to stock up on everything. Great price on toliet paper and paper towels. Love the deal you can get on clothes. Had a cake made hear and it was delicious. Great meat selection. Also love the furnitures and cool stuff for the holidays. Also can get appliances and also books.

Sams was a very pleasant shopping experience. Workers were very helpful when they were asked if they had an item. Had everything I wanted except rubbing alcohol. And thats understandable with whats going on.

Store seemed clean, employees were very helpful! Ppl were really good about maintaining distance. We used the scan & go App feature and absolutely LOVED it! 2nd time using this feature and during this pandemic it has made me much more comfortable shopping at a big box store! Thank you to the developers of that! I wish some of the other stores had that!

Sam club just finished resetting their store so be prepared to spend a little extra time finding things... Otherwise its always very clean and the staff is super helpful...Food court is open for take out only.

Found several items we wanted but didnt have a membership and were told there was no temp membership. We were not offered to purchase a regular membership. So we left empty handed and disappointed.

Typical warehouse Sams club they moved all of the racks around now you cant find anything no good flow to the shopping areas wish they would put it back how it belongs

Do not shop with them. I placed an order online with a scheduled pick up. My credit card was charged and they sold the item to someone else. When I called about my order being cancelled the excuse was that they cannot tell someone checking out that the item was already sold and take it out of their cart. But you can charge me for the item and sell it to someone else and then blame it on the system. Horrible customer service.

Its Sams! Get a pizza special while they put on your tires. Push around the oversized carts and fill it with gallon jars of peanut butter and have a few samples of food you werent going to buy anyway. Its an American staple
