On July 1,2021 we had a very bad rain storm in Horseheads Ny, at 11:45 pm, it was so bad water was coming in my Finnish basement flooding everything. I call the fire department and they did what they could but weren’t much help, I notified my insurance around midnight, they called Rainbow International and they were at my house at 1:00 am cleaning up the water and helping me move all the stuff to start the drying process. I cannot say enough about Owner Michael Minichiello and his crew, they care about people there helping. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks for a fast response and caring crew.

I cant say enough about how fantastic this company is. We just bought a house and after purchasing new appliances, discovered water damage and mold. The crew was at our house an hour after we called and made a solid plan. The gentleman were polite, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and had everything set up to spray and take care of the water damage and mold. The owner himself, stopped by to double check and was super honest about the issue not being as problematic as initially thought, which reduced our overall cost. This is an HONEST business. Mike and his guys will take the best care of your issue, and give you peace of mind in the process.
