Renee was really nice, after being with progressive for many years, I decided it was time to look for a better deal and with State Farm I did, she was really nice and talked through the policy with me, ty for being so nice

After being with my auto insurance company since 2013 I decided it was time to see if I was getting the best deal. After speaking with several different companies and not seeing much difference, I decided to try State Farm. Wow! My monthly payment will be over $40 a month less AND my coverage is actually better! They are very professional and responsive, and bend over backwards to get you the best deal possible. I highly recommend!

Been with this company for 6 years with a home owners policy and they would not help me when my furnace went in the middle of winter or when my foundation wall suddenly needed to be replaced. All was out of pocket (tens of thousands). Now 6 years later, they are “re-writing” my policy and are telling me I have to have a licensed inspector certify the roof for 3 more years or they are dropping me. They had enough information on the roof to give me a policy 6 years ago, but not now? The roof has not been an issue these last 6 years. Based off of my history with them, I doubt they would help me if my roof became an issue anyhow. They are courteous enough to sell policies, but that’s where it ends. I am not going to tell anyone to use them or not, but this is my experience with them.

Absolutely top-knotch! Switched to this agent from another State Farm office, and Bonnie spent hours straightening out my policies, and finding discounts I was due. I ended up with a check for $600. Unheard of! Ive switched my parents over to insurance with this office; Ive gotten quotes for my neighbors. Everyone is great: Renee, Mikayla, Bonnie, Marie who used to work there. All fantastic hard workers trying to find you the best deal!

The people in the office were nice. But when I asked for a mortgage to be added to the policy it took 3 different trips in to get it fixed. This is a pushy office. They LOVEEEEE selling insurance. I had enough and switch agents. Bonnie was very upset. But I dont want to be pushed into an insurance sale. I will choose my own policies and companies.

Terrible agents working for a terrible insurance company. Refusing to cover flooding damage to my fathers home after having been a loyal customer for 20 years, but were nice enough to tell him that if he had just been paying $36 more it would have covered it. Whole family will be leaving statefarm.

I switched my auto insurance when I recently bought a new car and there were a few mistakes that I made on my end (had an old address registered with the DMV etc.) and they could not have been more helpful in getting everything straightened out for me. Aside from that Mickayla also walked me through all the different options to find me a plan that fit all of my needs and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Would definitely recommend this office, I had switched from esurance and not having to call an 800 number every step of the way was a big help!
