If you have any doubts if this is the right choice for you child then this is your sign to just do it! There are so many positive things I am not even sure where to start. Everyone there was absolutely amazing! My child went in struggling and behind in school and he is beyond back on track and ready for his next school year and more! His confidence is through the roof! They make teaching look so easy and my son asked to go there over school all the time! The staff had excellent feedback and regular meetings. They answered all questions and concerns at any time. They worked with his local school to help bridge the gap. It was worth every penny and I would pay it over and over again! The results were more than I could have ever hoped for! If we ever need additional help I know exactly where we will be turning for help!

My 9 year old daughter had a very positive experience at Huntington Learning Center. She improved a lot in areas where she was deficient and gained more confidence. The teachers are great, very patient and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place if your child is struggling with schoolwork.

We used Huntington for ACT prep for our son. He made a substantial improvement from his initial practice test to his official ACT in February. While he will be re-taking the test to see if he can do even better, the score he has now makes him competitive for many universities that he would like to attend. My son enjoyed the tutoring sessions and said they were really helpful. Diane and her team were wonderful to work with and were always keeping us up to date on his progress.

We had a wonderful experience with Huntington. My daughter used Huntington Elmhurst for ACT/SAT prep. Her score drastically improved after the tutoring sessions. Diane and her team at Huntington went over and beyond what we expected when my daughter came back for more tutoring sessions after COVID quarantine. She wanted a refresher right before taking her ACT for the last time and Diane and tutors worked with her on exactly the skills she needed. Her last test was the best score yet and we are thrilled. Highly recommend!

My first grader had a great experience with this program and showed tremendous improvements in her reading and writing skills. Not only did Huntington teach my child, they taught me as a parent how to make learning more efficient and fun for all of us!

My youngest son is finishing the ACT process for college admissions and with already having my oldest son successful with Diane and her team @ HLC Elmhurst- There was NO DOUBT in my mind to go the same route with my youngest. With Dianes guidance and tremendous support, my son has taken the ACT 4x now, improving his official scores by 8 overall composite points from Feb 19 to Sept 19! We were ready to stop after the 3rd test, as it opened doors, but said- lets try 1 more time... for the money! Highest score yet!!! I cannot say how grateful I am to this team for helping my sons bring their college dreams to life!

As an adult learner, Huntington Learning Center (HLC) may not be the first choice that comes to mind. However for me, it proved to be time well worth spent.I was determined to enter a competitive associates degree program at a local community college. I already had a BFA, and had assumed my college English classes would have counted towards my prerequisites. I was wrong. With no time to add a class, my only alternative was to take a Writing Composition CLEP Exam to attempt to test out of the class.I was pretty apprehensive about taken this exam. Composition is not really my strong suit, and it had been ages since taking my last English class. At this point, I decided to get tutoring at HLC.I meet with a tutor at HLC in Elmhurst on three separate occasions. Each session lasted two hours. The one on one attention was fantastic! The instruction I received was top shelf. The practice worksheets that were provided, along with writing assignments, for homework were invaluable.I’m so glad that I decided to go HLC in Elmhurst. I did pass my CLEP exam and without HLC’s help I’m honestly not sure that I would have done. The facility it’s self very clean and comfortable and provided a excellent environment for learning. In closing, I would highly recommend HLC in Elmhurst.

We had a great experience at the Huntington Learning Center in Elmhurst. The owner Diane did a wonderful job explaining our daughters strengths and weaknesses, and also gave us regular updates. The teachers were great, and our daughters ACT score improved. Would highly recommend them.

My kids have had a great experience at Huntington in Elmhurst. Diane and staff get to know my kids and care about them. They know what their strengths and weaknesses are and that helps shape their experience.

Very professional and has tools that will first get your kid to feel comfortable, feel good about themselves, and then become confident. I really saw a change in my daughter. It was like night and day. I also felt that it was better than finding a regular tutor somewhere because Huntington will first assess your kid and then, figure out the specific areas that need work. I feel it is a more efficient way to get the best help. Before, my daughter never raised her hand and did get bullied for not catching on as fast (kids can be aweful even at 7) So far this school year, I don’t think that will be happening again. I was watching her sitting on a swing after school and two little girls where telling her to get off because they wanted a turn. Last school year, she would have gave up her swing the moment someone told her to get off, but watching her from afar, she didn’t move and said no. I do believe that all connects to confidence. Just for reference, she is in 2nd grade and is 7 years old.

When my son was in 2nd grade last year, he came to Huntington needing his foundational learning skills built. After several dedicated months...he left Huntington with a key foundation that created a fly-wheel effect in his learning and his confidence; of which you simply cannot put a price tag on. My son is excelling in school this year and has a constant desire to want to learn about so much...and he knows the key is reading and understand what he is reading! We couldnt be more proud of him and his accomplishments. He also learned a great life lesson: dedication = results; he truly knows what this means at his young age. We are forever grateful for the effort and guidance the Elmhurst Huntington team invested into our son and our family as well all to help our son succeed!
