I called and was told they would be out that evening between 3:30-7:30P. Was told it was $99 for an estimate, then tried to upsell me on a $149 service package that included unlimited estimates on anything I wanted done for my house. They did not call and did not show up. Two days later I got a call asking if I wanted to reschedule. When I pointed out that they no called/no showed for their appointment and planned to charge for an estimate when all other companies do it for free, they just said ok and hung up. No apology. Unreal.

This was the second time we used the services of Tony and his crew from Nexus Tree Removal. We will not be using any other tree trimmer! He is professional, courteous, reliable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He responds quickly and his rates are super affordable, hence the name. His crew is efficient, quick, hard-working, and a pleasure to work with. Weve used Nexus Tree Removal for most of our tree treatments and tear downs. I love that they try and save the tree first before suggesting to cut it down. Nexus Tree Removal is a very professional company. The climber showed great expertise in how he did his job. I had a very large tree, very dead, and they were in and out in about an hour. Completely cleaned up their mess and you couldnt even tell they had been here when they left. I would highly recommend Nexus Tree Removal if you have tree needs.

Called Nexus Tree Removal and got a free estimate and schedule a day for the removal of a tree from my backyard. They arrived on time and got the job done. Tree was cut and remove from yard with the workers cleaning up after completing the job. Highly recommended! Our 100+ year-old backyard cherry tree was in serious decline and we reluctantly decided it had to come down after losing several large limbs to storms. Arbor Ace did the task efficiently and with care in a rather tight space. The clean-up was great. There was literally nothing I had to do afterwards. I give particular thanks to Tony for his initial straightforward evaluation of the trees condition and his understanding of our admittedly emotional attachment to the tree.

They gave me a two hour window 2-4pm and never showed up. Not once. But twice. No call, no show. Shame on me?

Used them a second time. Not only friendly, but extremely conscientious about your property. Felled huge branches overhanging our pool, hot tub and pergola with exactly no harm. This is surely the only tree company to use in our locality!!
