She is a very experienced tax professional, but is easy to talk to and communicates in easy to understand language (for those of us without accounting or law degrees). I was in deep financial trouble, due to the inaccurate filing and poor advice from my previous accountant. Carla saved the day and went back and amended 2 years of taxes. The amendments were accepted and I received refunds! She is very affordable and timely. I highly recommend her!
