Excellent service for my 17 year old Maytag washer. The lady I spoke with was very courteous and I was able to get an appointment the day after calling. Dean was exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem (a faulty pump) in about one minute. He did the repair quickly, cleanly, very professionally, and at a reasonable price. I was very happy and give D & B a very high recommendation.

Normally skeptical of repair technicians, but this was by far the best experience Ive ever had. He took his time to literally explain what was going on/ wrong, how much to repair, and other options. Not too mention great advice on replacement options. I felt completely comfortable and trusting. I can now say.... I gotta guy when it comes to an appliance repair connection!

Guy was here for 10 minutes and told me Whirlpool washer is not worth being fixed. Also said he gets a lot of calls on them and they are junk. I would have more respect from the company if they told me that over the phone. Just wasted $75 on this service call. Beware!
