Im with Lemberg since 2015 as a dispatcher. I joined the team when there were just few members in a tiny office with couple company trucks. Since that time number of fleet units increased dramatically. We established a great relationship with major brokers as well as customers direct. Trucking business is going up and down. Like in other companies we had accidents and claims. The difference I see is in the way problems are being solved, lessons learned and more training provided. Here everyones opinion matter. The job Im doing is not easy, but I really enjoy to be a part of successful growing team.
