Someone I know put money down on a plot and made arrangements for monthly payments. They were supposed to take a certain amount out each month for 12 months and hasnt taken anything out yet. I called the cemetery to see whats going on, the lady said she would call, find out and get back to me and never did. Thats what I call terrible service. A doctor can call back much faster.

Does anyone know why this place is closed on a SUNDAY? Weekends are when most families make the time to visit their loved ones, many like to go after church. It seems absurd that this place is closed on Sundays. I hope it’s only temporary. We already regret choosing this place to lay our loved one to rest. (The day of the funeral, they made an error and were not prepared for us... we all had to watch as they dug the hole for our loved one, very professional!)

My dad died a year ago and the date still hasnt been engraved on the headstone.

I lost two pets back to back 2 years ago and been meaning to write a review about the wonderful staff at Elmlawn . Wanda is THE absolute best !!!! Donna is absolutely wonderful as well! Mary is lovely ! I seriously don’t know what I would have done without Wanda’s help ! I was so much in shock and grief but she made all the arrangements and took care of everything!!! Both my pets were buried next to each other and she made that possible as well. She helped me every step along the way and also in picking the headstones . I’m beyond grateful to her always and forever !!! I hope she plans to be there for long long time !!!! We’re actually friends now lol :) Suji
