Chuck is amazing. There’s little else to say. My parents have had him fix their cars since I was a small child. I live out of town (out of state) and still time visits home to get work done on my car by Chuck. Just recently he correctly diagnosed the issue my car was having as being covered under an extended warranty due to a known defect. Told us to take it to the dealer where all the work would be covered. Honest people in any line of work these days are few and far between but Chuck is absolutely the definition of an honest mechanic. I just wish I lived closer. I cringe anytime anyone else has to touch my car.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Paulis for over 30 years. My parents brought their cars there before me. Ive always had great service, quick repairs at a very fair price. My daughter now brings her car there as well. Ill never go anywhere else as long as Paulis is around.

My brakes were making it horrible noise so I brought my car in and asked for them to be replaced. To my surprised I received a phone call that I dont actually need new brakes yet. Chuck is the real deal, and honesty is hard to find nowadays.

Chuck called me up after investigating and gave his candid opinion that I should look getting a different car instead of paying all this money to keep it running. That level of altruism is uncommon, but Pauli’s is different than other mechanics in all of the best ways.

Chuck Pauli, the owner, was very helpful when one of the chain oil change companies over tightened by Oil Drain plug stripping the threads and leaving it with no oil because it would leak everywhere. Chuck had it fixed in no time, and it was multiple times less expensive than the dealerships quote to remove the engine, replace the entire oil pan which I knew was unnecessary. Much appreciated Chuck! Well be back next time we need something!

Went to the dealer for a oil change. Dealer said my water pump and rear shocks needed to be replaced. Called Chuck Pauli and his quote to replace the water pump was under half what the dealer wanted. Even better when I took it to Pauli’s Auto shop he looked at the water pump and shocks and told me they did not need to replaced at all. Chuck is an honest mechanic that I highly recommend.
