Jonel and his team are great. They have been very accommodating to my personal needs. They are diligent, efficient and caring.I did have to shop around to get a better price on my car insurance because I was including my 23 year old niece to my policy.Allstate didnt offer me the best rates to keep car and house insurance with one company. Jonels office worked hard to help me stay but I had to get lower rates for my niece.

I had a car accident in April (no fault of mine) and they quickly made sure I was not injured. They immediately helped with getting a car loaner and processed my paperwork quickly. Numerous phone calls and texts were made to me to make sure everything was alright during this time. I felt very secure with the staff and very happy to have them on my side :-)

When I recently moved I took the time to call around and get quotes for a home and auto policy. Jons office was great at collecting all my information, walking me through their coverage options, explaining what various tweaks would cost or save me, advising me on what could potentially be a bad coverage decision but without any pressure to pay more, and answering every question I had. I ended up switching from State Farm to Allstate, getting better coverage and saving money. Shopping for insurance can be an unenjoyable experience, and some of the calls I made were. But all of my multiple calls with Jons office were great. They were willing to spend the time with me before I was even a paying client. I prefer a personal touch when it comes to insurance and I found it with Jon Maiogan Allstate Agency.

Jon was informative and explained why the substantial increase occurred. While his service is 5 star, the substantial increase in the rate is disappointing to see.

Overall positive the only issue I have is with the app which does not stay active and I must check it to see if it is active. It does not update automatically and the rewards system is difficult to understand especially how you earn money off your insurance. Also, I have sent multiple messages to Allstate in regards to issues with the app and have never gotten a response.
