I have used them previously to clean my vents and will continue to use them. They are always professional, quick and helpful. They are not trying to scam you like some places quoting one price and then when they come out they want to up-sale you. I’m always pleased with their service.

Great First ServiceDan was out this morning to service our house. He arrived on time and immediately put on protective wraps for his shoes. We showed him our furnace, ventilation system, and dryer duct. Quality Air did a great job and answered all of our questions. We paid them extra to clean out the furnace and blower which of course had all kinds of new construction particles but it was worth it and the cost was very reasonable when you compare Quality Air to their competitors!

Im very satisfied with the air duct/dryer vent cleaning service I received. Ive been searching for a reasonably priced company to do a basic cleaning and all others quoted $500+. I saw the $249 coupon and called Quality Air. Of course I asked a bunch of questions to make sure I wouldnt be charged for more than what I wanted. I was reassured that there were no gimmicks and the $249 coupon was legit. I made the appointment and the men showed up on time. They were kind and professional and did the job efficiently. AND THEY CHARGED ME EXACTLY $249! :) I truly appreciate honesty and companies that are upfront about their services. Almost immediately after they turned the air back on my house felt cooler than it has and the musty smell disappeared because of the cleaning. Thank You so much!

Our appointment was rescheduled a few times by the company, but once Dan showed up, those frustrations instantly disappeared. He was so polite and explained everything to us before he started. He was even kind enough to let our neighbor who was working outside in his driveway know that it was going to be loud before turning on the machine (its the little things).Dan also informed us about the status of our furnace air filter and recommended the best type of replacement without putting too much pressure on us to buy from the company, which we really appreciated.After he left, we immediately noticed a difference in airflow in our home; it seems to cool off much quicker now. I was told air ducts cannot be cleaned since there is no furnace in the house. So technician only cleaned the dryer vent. There is central ac in my home with forced air and air ducts in each ceiling. Another company was positive that they can clean the air ducts even though there is no furnace. While customer service was good, it does not seem employees are knowledgeable about services they can offer. Perhaps they have limited access to equipment.

Dan was great. On time very professional. Did an awesome job cleaning our ducts, vents, and dryer. We also bought the one time lift time filter for our furnace which is even more efficient and is going to save us money in the long term.

We did our due diligence when hiring out this service and Quality Air was by far the most affordable. Dan gave me a courtesy heads up when he was about 15 minutes away, which was much appreciated! They also arrived about 15 minutes earlier - as someone who hates waiting around for people, this was also very much appreciated. I had to be at my computer for work nearly the whole time they were here. They were very respectful of my home and took care of everything. After they were done, Dan suggested that my furnace also needed a thorough cleaning, which was something I hadnt even thought about. I was happy to also pay for that service since they were already here. I can already tell the air is so much cleaner in my home. The previous owners said they had never had the ducts cleaned before we moved in, so it really needed to be done. As a new home owner, I also feel a lot better knowing that everything is clean.

He explained me all the cleaning process and did a very good job doing it. He also helped cleaning all my air filters and put it back. As a new Homeowner i got to know more about the furnace and how to change filters myself. Overall its a great experience working with Quality Air and i give them 5 star.

Eric came out today and was very helpful. He went over everything he was going to do, asked me if I had any meetings and where the kids would be doing their school at so he knew which rooms to move through first.
