I had very poor experience. I have bought a Pinephone recently and wanted some help figuring out why network access is not working. The person at store gave me long lecture that I need to program the phone without even hearing about my problem. He even said thank you, you can go. I never had such bad experience with AT&T before. The call center people still sound reasonable even though they have not been able to resolve the issue yet.
Zach was just awesome! Professional and had all the information that I needed. He was very knowledgeable on all products and was very courteous! Highly recommend Zach for all your communication needs.

I have been with ATT for 20 years, so... this experience was completely unexpected. I went in to the store in Ellisville for a phone upgrade and the salesman was the incredibly creepy “car salesman” . I just wanted to buy a phone, but if I didn’t want to be on a payment plan he wouldn’t talk to me. He told me to just order one online. What? I wanted to pay for my phone without payments and he wouldn’t wait on me. Do NOT trust these people. There must only be incentives if they rope you into some over priced monthly program. DO NOT Trust these people.
Went in to solve a problem that was cause by using the online site. They said they could not help me but could not directed me to where I could get the help but to call AT&T again. I ask for the the guys card to say who help me and said I might inform BBB about the lack of help. Where all the sales guy proceed to throw there business cards at me and say put me in the report. I feel very disappoint that the manager could not help me when I ask for him first. Really wish I was not taken for $750 on a new phone when my phone was paid off.

Other AT&T stores are closer to where I live, however I choose to return to the Ellisville store because of the excellent service. Most recently, Chris extended this positive record. Chris was knowledgeable, kind, professional and extremely helpful. There was no pressure involved. Thank you, Chris!!

Never use this corporate location. High pressure sales and will lie and tell you anything for a sale. The manager and asst manager were absolutely rude and refused to correct all the mistakes they made. This has been reported to the district manager. Use the store on Clarkson. For best service!
Absolutely AWFUL!!!! I had intentions of having a few questions answered about my wireless bill and what I got instead was a lazy customer service rep who didn’t even bother to look up my account or help me trouble shoot any of my problems. The only viable piece of information he provided was steps to cancel my service, at least he did something right lol.Feeling somewhat annoyed I drove a few miles down to the Manchester store where I was met by a very helpful individual who took a few minutes to look up my account and help me understand what was going on and the steps I needed to take to resolve the issues. So if your looking for customer service don’t bother with the Ellisville store go directly to the on in Manchester you will actually be treated with respect!!!

Bought an S20 here from Oz, receipt even said so. Once I bought a case off amazon for the S20that didn’t fit, I realized they gave me the wrong phone. When I tried calling the store “Your call can not be completed at this time”. I then had to go to 3 other att stores multiple times to try to simply get the correct phone that I paid for on the receipt. I also tried to just keep the phone they gave me but they were going to charge double the price on the phone bill. Then due to their policies it was a headache and eventually was forced to pay a restocking fee, didn’t get the right color phone, or memory space.
Weird that this place has mediocre reviews. Oz was super nice and helpful and had a great attitude. Definitely was a great experience and will be going to this location from now on instead of the other one on Manchester near 141. Thank you Oz and crew!
This is the worst AT&T store that I have ever been to. They wont follow company instructions, and when you try to talk to them about it, they become belligerent, and when you get mad, they lie, try to become threatening and laugh at you. Because of two of the people there, the whole store cannot be trusted. Avoid this store at all costs.
If you visit this store ask for Frankie Jackson. He was able to quickly identify the problem and correct it. He potentially saved me hours of being on the phone with customer support to fix this problem. I hope his management acknowledges the exceptional service Frankie provides.
Purchased an iPhone SE with my 87 yo mother in law. She was switching from an old flip phone. The sales person stated and I quote “if you by an iPhone you are on your own I can’t help you set it up”. Needless to say the phone would not function properly. We took the phone to a different ATT store where the problem was resolved snd we were told this store never set the phone up properly.GO TO THE STORE IN EUREKA, AVOID THIS STORE!! Rude, incompetent with no desire to help.

The gentleman (Franky) who helped me was awesome and provided great customer service. When my iPhone breaks or if i want to upgrade my phone I will be going to him. At&t should give him a raise.

You are rarely greeted with the humanity, heart, and humor I received from this store today. Jake & Dan made our switch effortless and quite entertaining along the way. You usually dread going to stores like this because you know you’re going to be pitched too. Jake wasn’t pushy, just knowledgeable, and Dan reinforced his ideas with personal experience. However you’re training your employees here, keep doing it!! Felt more like a conversation with friends I hadn’t seen in ages.
My experience with Oz has been nothing but great. He’s a fantastic worker and knows so much about the phones and packages. His knowledge is beyond anyone’s that I have ever seen. I also found him to be super nice and very willing to provide all the info I needed. I had many questions about the packages and he answered them all promptly and patiently.

Absolutely the worst. I went in for assistance because I was a new customer with a pending install order. My install appointment had been set and rescheduled by AT&T 6 times at this point because of no call no shows by AT&T installers.They said they could help me Love was absolutely zero. I signed up for the $99 special and when I walked out of the store found out that the AT&T store manager at this location canceled out my order for the $99 promo special and all of the special promo offers that came with and including a $300 Visa gift card were canceled out as well and replaced with a new contract that I did not sign that upped my monthly cost to $240. This place sucks.
I came into the store this morning and had the pleasure of having Frankie assist me in purchasing a new phone. He was an absolute joy to work with. Sometimes those situations can be stressful, yet Frankie and I laughed the entire way through. Anytime I have any need to go to AT&T again, I will be sure to work specifically with him again. Just left the store. We had the best customer service from Grace. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. My husband purchased a new IPhone, she helped getting it set up and while we waited assisted me with ordering a new screen protector. I would highly suggest if you visit this location to ask for her.
I came to this store in a panic looking for some phone service before I left the country. One employee, Oz, went ABOVE AND BEYOND and helped me every step of the way through my problems. I would go as far to say this was the BEST customer service I’ve ever received. I honestly cannot thank this store and especially Oz enough for all their help. I can truly say I’m leaving the country with a piece of mind because of their help. Thanks Oz, you’re an angel:)
I was helped by Matt, who took care of all technical support problems I was facing for days. He spoke with tech support people over the phone for me, something tmobile individuals had me try and do myself for days! So after making the switch back to ATT he took care of everything, including exempting charges the tech people tried to charge for no apparent reason!

Very bad experience... they have installed my mobile screen protector wrongly and made me to visit multiple times and didnt even apologize for the mistake. The issue still not resolved....
Updated phone store member looked at phone and said it was eligible for trade in. Took phone back after removing photos off it. Another store member looked at it for actual trade in said it was not eligible do to Crack. Talk about bait and switch. I would not go to this store.

Second post....July 4th went to store and asked once again for help. Spoke to Manager Ally Ramseyer and was told there was nothing she can do for me. We followed AT&T’s policy and did everything that was asked of us. Now AT&T can’t do anything for us. In 25 Years I have never switched companies! I will be switching to Sprint. I’ll pay the 1600.00 to buy out my contracts than do Business with a company that LIES!Do not purchase a phone from this store or any AT&T!! I purchased two phones for my children on Black Friday for Christmas! Since then my bill has increased 300 per month. From 250.00 per month to 587.71 this month! I have invested 15 plus hours on the phone with AT&T trying to resolve this. I have been in the Store and spoke to the Manager and was told that this would be taken care of. What a JOKE!! Today Im the phone again having to speak to someone over Seas and having to start this all over again. Im going to spend 2200.00 to buy our my contract and take my business somewhere else!! I have paid so far 842.30 more the last three months!!

Place is a joke. Had an appointment and stood around for 20 minutes after my appointment time before just leaving. Place wasnt even busy, had 2 customers in it. God help anyone if this place is actually busy. Employees just stand around together on their iPad pretending theyre busy.
At&t is horrible! I have spent 5 hours hours trying to talk to someone about a bill that shouldnt have been there in the first place!!!!!
All I wanted to do was come in and get some information on deals this morning and Oz was extremely rude. Challenged everything I said and would not stop talking over me. Treating me like I was a bafoon. Correcting every single phrase that came out of my mouth. Got to the point were he wouldnt even let me speak. Very uncomfortable and disrespectful to work with. Focus on hiring new employees with basic manners. I walked right out and will not be back along as Oz is working here.

Ive been there numerous times and I am always greeted at the entrance and they immediately assign me a person via their system, so it is guaranteed I will be helped, no matter how little or big my business is with them.The service is courteous, and the facility is clean and with a great variety of devices.I always go back there, and highly recommend it. I have purchased 2-3 devices from them already.

I have had an issue with my AT&T bill since mid-November and have talked to numerous people at AT&T with NO success. Every person I talked to assured me my issues were resolved but they weren’t! I finally was able to talk to Alex at the Ellisville Storeand he suggested I come into the store for help. Eli waited on me and was SOOO helpful! He looked up the issue and helped me to get my account cleared up with a prepaid debit card that AT&T sent me. I just want you to know that Eli was FINALLY able to solve the problem I had been dealing with for months! Thank you so much, Eli!
I came into this store to switch from Sprint to AT&T. A process I thought would be long and complicated. Oz opened the door for me, quickly sat me down and got absolutely everything figured out. He was extremely nice and knew a lot of information. Extremely helpful and actually really funny! Oz kicked ass!

I have the best experiences at this and other AT&T stores. They greet customers at the door. Then sit down with you. They have ALWAYS solved my problem. This particular store is a bit tricky to get to if you are heading w on Manchester. Easy to see from the road.
If I could rate them a zero I would have been. Only interested in sales, uninterested in helping with technical questions or even questions about international usage (told us to call 611). Very lazy, didn’t even get out of the chair to help us. Then reset my watch without asking, and wiped the device clean. Leaving me to set it back up. Couldn’t answer questions about screen repair under the insurance either. WORTHLESS EMPLOYEES.Please close this location or at least change the employees.
Have currently been sitting in this office for an hour now. To be fair, I was a walk-in. I am listening to these associates attempt to sell customer on other products such as direct tv and u-verse after the customer has said they are not interested a minimum of 3 times while there are 6 walk-ins in line on the board and 2 online appointments that are waiting past their appointment times. Meanwhile... they have one guy sitting at the door to check people in. He is currently sitting on his phone until someone walks in and puts them on a list that will take at least an hour. They are attempting to copy the Apple Store vibe here, but are falling far short without the proper number of staff members and their complete disregard for understanding their customers
Its been almost a year since I was in the store but as I remember being in there I was first greeted at the door and told there would be a wait of about 45 min to an hour. That seemed normal since the store was pretty full. I was put on a waiting list and given a buzzer like the ones at restaurants. That was great because I didnt feel like I might be forgotten about. All in all it went great. Once it was our turn we did our business and left with new phones for our kids. One thing I want to point out is during the meeting I was able to discuss the package and when options were brought up I wasnt pressured into anything and the employee was very honest and willing to adjust things to our liking which even saved us money. I dont know if she works on commission but either way it was pleasant. Ill be returning there when I need an upgrade.

Why every time i come into this store i get bombarded with questions about tv and internet? and then if i say no, managers and other employees step in to try and sell it to me.to top it off i was just trying to buy a case... we know exactly what’s going on as customers. don’t try to sell us stuff when we clearly don’t want to hear the speech. let us come in and browse cases. you don’t need to get into our account for that, you most likely just want to see if i have your tv and target me as an opportunity.i can’t be comfortable in this store ever cause i know i’m gonna get preached to every time and it’s uncomfortable.

Long wait after being checked in. Dont plan on getting it done on your lunch break. Special thanks to the bonehead that upgraded my daughters plan and autopay, but after an hour and a half on the phone and learning to speak seven different languages I think I got it resolved. This ought to buy plenty of time to get our new plan with another carrier straightened out before the next payment is due.SEE YA!
Staff was very nice but when asked for a particular charging product, they confidently sold me the incorrect one. Didnt find out until I was home. Went back to exchange and got hit with the long wait time just for a return. A self check-in service would seem to be a much better solution than having a rep standing at the door full time, unable to assist a customer until someone else is freed to man the door.

Nice store. Long wait. I have 5 devices and spend a lot of money on a monthly basis with AT&T and have for over 15 years. I just waited over 45 minutes to not even be talked to. I watched 2 employees leave the store and then 2 other customers leave the store without being to. Yes, I know there is a tower outage issue which sucks, but there might have been other issues like we wanted to upgrade one of our phones. Wow. This is the second time I have waited this long without being waited on. How difficult is it for the other staff members that are not helping people to come over to say I apologize for your wait and someone will be with you shortly or is there anything I can do in the meantime. I was very happy, now I am frustrated with a house full of 4 people without phone service. In this day and age, we do not have home phones.
I’ll be calling at&t corporate to submit this report, but i urge everyone not to visit this store. matt put insurance on multiple devices i didn’t approve. that is dishonest and theft. i’ll never be back.

The agent was very rude and was extremely disrespectful and indifferent to my issues concerning my phone. I would not only never go there again and I will dissuade people from going to this store. This actually reflects on ATT and would appreciate if ATT will look at such attitude seriously.
Nice new store; however, I dont expect to stand and stare at my surroundings for 35 minutes no matter where Im at, much less a store. The fact that I ordered my phone online and chose store pickup, and still had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get me my phone is ridiculous. Complete waste of my time. The employees didnt seem to be in much of a hurry to do anything really. Even after voicing my displeasure with waiting for 30 minutes, there was no urgency to their service. Horrible concept, and horrible customer service.

Similar experience as Austin Z. and Blaire B. I ordered my phone online and came in to pick it up about 6 hours after it was ready. Someone checked me in, I have no idea what that actually means at this place. After waiting about 15 minutes, I asked a group of 3 guys, standing around a desktop, if there was a problem. They said something about my order that was incorrect -- about an unlocked phone -- and I said, No, Im here to pick-up my Galaxy S9. They said they were Making sure everything was right.An hour later: No has talked to, or even looked, at me. Im watching at least two employees walk around, talk on their phones, and look at their watches. My order is for $270.My guess: These turds dont make commision if you order online.Pick another carrier, or at least another store.
The absolute worst customer service has to be AT&T. They ruined my roof by putting bolts in to attach the DirecTV dish, and the holes allow for rain and moisture to get through the shingles. I told them I had called their customer service number twice, both times getting service request numbers, but nothing was getting done. The employees at this store lied, and told me they would do everything they can to help me, but then told me I would have to call customer service myself and gave me the wrong number to do so. They should all be ashamed of themselves. They couldnt really be bothered to leave the TV they were watching to help me either. AT&T needs to find new management at the very least.

This was far any beyond the worst experience I have ever had at an ATT store. Lets keep in mind I love ATT. I have the same phone number my entire life and I am now 31. thats approximately 16 years with the same carrier and the same number.I will just describe my experience so that you can picture it. I walked into this store....the greeter was leaned up against the wall playing on his phone not even acknowledging the door opening until i got about 5 feet within him and without even looking up at me said how can i help. Alot of this I will say may not be verbatim what was said but it quite close. I proceeded to tell him I was looking for a new phone and said I wanted to stick with apple as all my devices are apple. He never tried to talk to me about the phones....i pried out three answers. Asking the main differences between the two. He could come up with one reason to buy the iphone x. and said everything else was the same.I asked the price differences if he could break that down for me and basically laughed at me and said look at the slip bro, its in front of your face. At this point I start to get quite irritated. He continues to play on on his phone while i am just waiting for someone to actually attempt to sell me a phone or at-least help me make an informed decision. I finally call him out for showing me literally zero attendance at all and just leaning against the table playing on his phone. And i say is that how you treat all your customers? And he goes what do you want man, look this phone is the same as this phone and the same as this one....do you want to pay 200 dollars more? do you have money for that? no, so dont worry about it, just get the cheaper one. At this point I ask for another rep and tell him that hes insulting and i would have walked out if i had to continue to speak to him. And he gets in my face and says thats a fantastic idea ill put you on the list that will be 20 minutes.The assistant manager or supervisor or whatever he was I get his attention and explain the situation and he apologies and doesnt get too involved but another employee is walking in and he just asks that guy to help me. This guy was better but not by much. barely spoke to me...maybe thats because i called out his friend for being one of the most rude people i have encountered in retail especially out of the blue for no reason. But nonetheless he gets the job done, barely talking to me at all while he does it. I hear the supposed supervisor ask the original guy what happened and he jst complains saying he was asking questions.Im just thinking in my head....yes that tis your job to at-least pretend you are happy to help someone out. and certainly not to ignore, disrespect and make them feel unwelcome. What bothered me almost as much was i saw that same supervisor cracking jokes with this guy 5 minutes later.Anyway I have always had decent experiences with ATT aside from their wait time on hold and their service is very reliable. I dont believe I will change but this experience pushed me a little closer. I will never return to this store on manchester and clarkson in saint louis. Buyers beware.

Walked in planning on upgrading my phone. There was about 5 employees there, 2 of them helping other customers while the others were playing on their iPads. When the customers had left, no one came over and spoke to me or helped me. I stood around while everyone continued about their business, not doing anything. I walked out and STILL no one said anything to me. Extremely disappointed and disrespected.

This store is trash. Matt T sold me something called next up without telling me, AND Ive been paying for 4 months of insurance on my device because of the first time I met with him. These people are DISHONEST. Do not visit this location!!!

Once AGAIN, the AT&T store in Ellisville has proved to be completely incompetent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE.EVERY time we have upgraded our phones, services or agreed to one of their special promotions, they have royally screwed up our bills, services or have not delivered the special promotion at the agreed upon rate. It takes MONTHS to receive resolution or corrected invoices. This latest debacle with their joint DIRECTV venture is beyond ridiculous. We were charged almost double the joint promotional rate and they disconnected DIRECTV service while the issue was in their escalations department. Now, theyre threatening a credit hit because of AT&Ts mistake and AT&T is doing NOTHING.
