I could not be happier with my experience with Ann and Jimmy. I bought and sold right at the start of the pandemic. At such an unprecedented time, I was extremely impressed with their ability to read the market and develop a strategy to get my condo sold. They provided me regular updates and a recommendation.I cannot express how amazing it was to have a “tag team”. With other realtors, managing schedules was always a struggle. By having both Ann and Jimmy, I always had someone available to guide me through the process or to manage any unexpected issues.Finally, Ann and Jimmy have an UNBELIEVABLE roster of contacts for pretty much anything you could need. Carpenter, flooring, AC, staging, landscaping, handyman, etc. We had a big issue the day before closing. At the final walk-through, we found the sellers did not replace the rotted wood siding, as agreed to upon inspection. The seller’s excuse was that they didn’t know any repairman who could do the job (palm meet forehead!). Jimmy demanded a credit at closing and immediately sent out his carpenter to prepare a proper estimate. The job was complete before I even moved in! Likewise, when I was selling my condo, Ann and Jimmy had someone who could readily come out and make any repairs needed.Moving is stressful enough. With Ann and Jimmy, it was a relief to not have to stress over the small stuff. Im truly impressed and would recommend them to anyone!

I loved absolutely loved this team. I would highly recommend them to my closest friends and relatives. It was an extremely difficult journey for me due to the passing of family members and it was their house. They were sensitive and navigated me not always being there very well. Ann Banker was my realtor. While she was my main point if contact the rest of the team had my back. Thank you all.
