I went to this location for the first time today. I walked in with a package with the label already on and the attendant asked if I needed a receipt. I said yes. She said she was busy and it would be about fifteen minutes. The other customer said to go ahead and help me and the attendant said she wasn’t able to stop and give me a receipt. It would have taken her less than a minute but she made me wait while she helped the other customer and when she was finally finished she acted like she was doing me a favor. No thanks you or acknowledging that I was a paying customer. Reading the other reviews I am amazed that this place is still in business.

Definitely the most unprofessional fedex to go for your office needs. I’ve been to other locations and have always been greeted with professionalism and courteous staff. The gentleman that assisted me on 12/31 at 1230 was detached, rude in that he seemed bothered by my office needs. The cuts that were made on some of my projects ruined an entire stack of art paper. As a healthcare worker I am grateful for my colleagues and self for the professional care we strive to provide for our community. It’s a shame that not all professions feel that way as well.

If I could give them 0 stars to write a review, I would. I paid over $200 in printing/paper costs for invitations and they cut them completely wrong. They would not reprint them or compensate me to get them printed elsewhere. I have a lot of printing needs for my profession and I will never come here again.

This could be one of the most unprofessional shipping locations I have ever attempted to ship from, I got a quote to ship 4 wheels to someone in Arkansas over the phone, the manager Amanda quoted me $150-$180 so I was completely fine with that price, I called UPS right down the road to compare the price and theirs was almost 500 DOLLARS!! So I started thinking well maybe Amanda gave me the price per wheel at $150 so I called back up to FedEx to confirm the $150 was for all 4 tires Amanda proceeds to tell me Yes $150 Covers all 4 wheels all together shipped. I actually went to the FedEx location to figure out the best way to package them and at this point I met a lady named Bobbi, I once again proceeded to ask Bobbi does 150-180 sound correct to ship all four of these wheels and she says yes that sounds correct! I wanted to be completely sure that this price was correct before I took the time to wrap these wheels! I decided to continue to ship with FedEx, I had to wrap all the wheels up which took me around 2-3 hours to do (VERY TIME CONSUMING) My customer already paid me the money for the wheels so all that was left to do was ship them! So I loaded all the wheels up in my car and drove up to the same Fedex the next day. The next day I arrived at FedEx and lugged all the wheels into the store and plopped them on the counter to be ready to be shipped after Bobbi scanned all the items she says the price to ship will be $800!!!! I said excuse me what did you just say?! $800 that is not correct just yesterday you and your supervisor Amanda told me numerous times that this would be less than $200 to ship. Amanda was not there so I said Bobbi can you please call your supervisor she originally quoted me the $180 to ship the package I need you guys to honor that since I went through all this trouble to get the package wrapped and ready to ship. She refused to call her supervisor or anyone at all she said and I quote It is her day off and I can not call her I said is that not her job as a SUPERVISOR!! So yes I did not end up shipping the wheels and had to take them home and unwrap them. THIS WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE and Bobbi had no clue what she was doing! She actually told me to go to a different location and ship my package! Very rude and terrible customer service!

This is good center with print and ship for wallmart store

Amanda at Fedex @ Ellisville MO is great! She always keep my printing order ready and her smiling face makes my day!!

BAD just Lazy and BAD. Left work early to get to store 15 minutes before they closed. Had an ATT package that ALL directions said to take it to Fed Ex or UPS. The guy behind the counter must have wanted to close early. Wouldnt take the package. Dont use this store for anything but a parking spot.

Really bad service, they just dont want to help.If you guys really care about customer service. Please do something about this branch.

You guys cant deliver packages to the right place. Every single time you deliver to the wrong place. Every other deliver service nails it except you guys

Dont try to ship anything and pay cash for it because FedEx wants your drivers license number and all of your other information. Its a new rule according to the person behind the desk. Of course they wont guarantee you that their computers wont get hacked and your information will be lost at some point in the future. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

I had some RSVP cards and info cards printed for my wedding- the staff was so helpful and everything turned out great!!

Employees dont want to do their job. No way to print a prepaid label without giving a payment method again.
