Great service, fair pricing

Nice and friendly. But: They couldn’t fix my issue because it was a European car, and they don’t have the equipment. They didn’t charged me nothing but they turn airbag light on with no comments or fix it. Now, I have 2 issues to fix.

Ive only used them once, but it was a great experience. They dont take advantage of their customers like so many other West County repair shops. The last place I used, i wont mention names, had a 400% mark up on parts. This is the exact reason i went to West End Auto. Thanks.

This is an unsolicited review...I am extremely impressed with Mike from West End. I was referred to him by my father and am glad to recommend him to anyone that may read this review. Mike repaired the condenser on my Black 07 Expedition EL prior to the 8 day streak of triple digit weather we had here in St. Louis in July. I brought it back to him because it just didnt feel like it was cooling as much as Id remembered. Mike evacuated the freon, did a complete dye test and refilled the system. I just got off the phone with him and asked how much I owed him. His answer, Im not going to let you pay me anything, I want to sleep at night knowing we did the job well. Hes earned my business for life, and I hope this review will earn him yours as well. If you are looking for an honest repair facility for A/C work I strongly recommend talking to Mike from West End.

Mike and the guys at West end have been great to do business with. They have worked on several of my vehicles and I have been satisfied with the service and the prices.

My car was running rough & hard to start. West End replaced and adjusted the fuel system. It ran OK for a few days but the problem returned. I took it back and they said there was no warranty and they didnt have equipment to trouble shoot electrical problems. Too bad-Blamed it on bad gas.I just talked to a neighbor that had a bad experience. It seems that they have not changed
