Phil was great to work with. Our floors are 16 years old and didnt need a complete sanding and refinishing. We have a house full of people and dogs so only 24 hours of downtime was manageable. Floors look great at a fraction of the cost of a complete overhaul. He earns a solid 5 star rating.

Phil from Mr. Sandless, Ellington, did a GREAT job on our living room floor. The condition of the floor was pretty bad after having been covered for over 30 yrs. There was water and animal staining spots. Phil recommended sanding the floor to get the best result. He was right. The floor looks amazing. This was great because it was quicker and less invasive than traditional sanding and it didnt leave any dust on our freshly painted walls and around the house.
