Wonderful staff, great equipment, good prices.

First time at this location and I will definitely return. The staff was knowledgeable about add on purchases and the truck was very clean. It made our moving day worry free.

I had a 9am reservation and nobody was at the place, closed. They have a sign on the door saying to call someone named Chris Libby that they are 2 minutes away. I called a few times and left messages. I waited a half hour and called UHAUL and complained. They gave me credit to get a truck in Manchester. The owner of the Ellington location finally calls me back 2 hours after I was suppose to get the truck asking if I was still at the place and If i need the truck. no thanks! Avoid this place !

Negative stars.....Go anywhere else. It took over an hour and a half to pick up a reserved truck and the guy was drinking on the job. Very unprofessional not a safe environment for women or children.
