Excellent telehealth support for our cancer center patients during difficult time of COVID-19.

I booked appointments for my diabetic teen daughter and I, who have recently been displaced and had nothing but misfortune and stress for the past 3 months. In short, we both are in desperate need of a therapist. Kerri accepted us and booked our appointments. Then cancelled the day of! We re-booked, she again cancelled the day of, and worse, by texting me at 5:30 a.m!! Unprofessional and unreliable!
