Excellent Customer Service. I wanted a PC that was cable of photo/video editing and some occasional PC gaming. Computer Professional Solutions helped me pick out all the parts that fit my needs within a reasonable budget. They assembled the PC and had me up and running with windows in 3 hours or less. They were understanding and provide quick informative response when I had questions. I highly recommend their services.

Within a few minutes the problem was identified and a solution proposed. He needed to take my computer so we scheduled a time for him to pick it up. He gave me a cost estimate and returned my laptop as scheduled. When he returned it he sat with me to make sure I could access everything I needed to. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt response, courteous, and professional. I actually figured out the problem myself when trying to take a video of what was happening (as was requested by the tech). If I do have a problem I cant solve though, I will be calling again!

Mike is very knowledgeable about computers and was able to fix my computer issue without any problems. He helped me learn a bit more about computers and able to understand what the issue was. Ill definitely be calling him back if I run into another issue. Definitely recommend!

Great repair service! Guy just does this as side gig but VERY good. Knows what hes talking about. He fixed my MacBook pro that wouldnt boot up and installed some new hardware that made it very fast. Good knowledable person. Highly recommend.
