I called Shawn at Top Notch Appliance 2 weeks ago, he responded immediately and came over 2 days later to fix me Kenmore washing machines. It posed more of a problem than he thought, so he spent the entire day calling and searching for a specific part for me. He actually came back 2 hours later and fixed what went wrong. Its perfect now!! Thanks Shawn.His got great prices compared to other places, and he takes cash and card. With discounts applied too. I would call him again.

Do not recommend. Was hired by third party warranty company to repair dehumidifier. Came to house on time, looked at unit and said he did not know what was going on. I provided number for tech support for the manufacturer. He said he would be in touch in a couple of days. No call back. I called three times, no answer, left message and mailbox full. I called warranty company who did get in touch with him, he said he thought parts were on order and promised to call back. Several more calls, always promised to get back and never did. A month later I contacted the manufacturer who diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me the part. I fixed the unit myself. Never did hear back from Top Notch and do not recommend.

American home shield recommended him and he came to check the issue and told me he will be back the following week, but its been three weeks and I have not heard from him. Horrible service!

I had an appointment and was not only stood up but Sean didnt have the curtsey to call. Unreliable save yourself the grief. call someone else like me
