Great Townhouse Community. Very Well Managed. Great memories.

This place has been a wonderful place to call home for 5 years. The staff are exceptional: Amy, Cheryl, Debbie and Paul. We have a great relationship with them.The community resources—the trail, gym, and pool—are wonderful as well as the quality of buildings which are top notch construction.However, if you thought you were moving to a community that is pet free, that is no longer the case—emotional support animals abound. Some people benefit from the support of critters, however, let us also be real, some folks are playing the system. This should have remained a pet free community. We moved here for that reason. In the past, our son has had severe allergic reactions to dog dander that has required us to go the emergency room. For those requiring the assistance of an animal, why not move to a residence that allows pets?

This is by far the best place I have ever lived. The office staff could not be more accommodating with your requests. Friendly faces is all you will see. The homes are wonderful and the neighbors in the community are great!

Complex looks very good. Serene environment. Amy the leasing agent is good and provided all the information. She followed up many times to ensure every one of our question is answered. One of the best places in the region.

I love living here! Downsized from a 3,000 sq ft house and it was hard finding a rental that didnt feel like an unacceptable downgrade. As soon as I saw the 2 BR Williamsburg townhouse here, I knew my search was over. The units are spacious and beautifully fitted; 1 or 2 car garages are a rarity in a rental. Plus the grounds are impeccably maintained, and the other tenants very nice / personable. For what you are getting here, the prices are very reasonable.

Deer Valley Townhomes is a beautiful place to live. Weve lived here for 3 years and are moving to another state because of work. Of all the rentals we saw in CT, around the Hartford area, this was the best ! School district is also great ! Weve loved our stay here. The office staff Amy, Brenda and others are amazing and very responsive . Any maintenance request was addressed within 24 hrs. The cons are that after living here you expect your next house also to be as great as this but it is hard to find one at this price!

In the time I lived there the dryer barely worked, even after multiple maintenance visits where they confirmed it was not heating. The windows were hard to lock and the shades often jammed. Construction was always happening except on Sundays. Not worth the price. Im happy where I live now.

This town house complex is a GREAT place to live! My partner and I lived in the Mystic (2 bdr/2ba/2-car garage) unit in Deer Valley for a year, and it was an amazing experience. The town homes are very well maintained both inside and outside, and the beautifully maintained landscaping provides a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The homes itself are very sizable with modern appliances and open floor plans, and the homes and garages are well-insulated to keep one warm during the harsh Connecticut winters. The closet and storage space at Deer Valley cannot be beat (which was one of my favorite things about this place due to the amount of clothes and shoes I have O:-)). All the workers, especially Amy and Cheryl, were very friendly and accommodating, and made sure we felt right at home. The fitness centers (at both Deer Valley and Deer Valley North) are very clean with excellent equipment and weights. The pool was also clean and well-maintained, and helped make our Summer 2017 very refreshing. My partner and I loved living at Deer Valley. The reason we had to move was due to my job relocation from CT to NY, but if we could, we wouldve taken our Deer Valley townhome with us.

Fitness room could be better but the property itself is well maintained and the units are nice.
