Ellensburg Licensing has always been great! I will continue to use them for any and all title/tab/licensing business I have. They are always fast and friendly, and I appreciate that.

Teresa was the only one there, and did an awesome job. She was professional friendly, knew exactly what to do.

Just got my tabs renewed here. The girl who helped me sure acted like she had better things to do. She said maybe 3 words to me. Maybe tell your employees being friendly doesn’t cost a dime. However very fast!

I will never use this company again. I renewed my tabs online and chose this company to mail them to me. About three weeks later I realized I had not received them yet and that I had been driving on expired tabs. I called them and explained I had not received them. The lady said that I could come in and pick them up for free . I told her that I do not renew my tabs online so that I have to go pick them up, I renew them online to have the convenience of having them mailed to me. She said that she could not legally mail out another one. I told her that I never received the first one! And that I was driving on expired tabs because of them. She just said I could come in and pick them up free. I had to go to yakima for some errands two days later and got them at cascade licensing,so that I would not be driving on expired tabs. They charged me $16 for this! On the way home I picked up the mail and sure enough there was my tabs from Ellensburg Licensing! Postmarked the day I had called and talked to them. I called the owner and was very upset that I drove on expired tabs and had to pay $16, and had to pick them up . he didnt admit that they had made a mistake and didnt mail them the first time,but said he would send me a check for $13, not $16. Well its been 3 weeks now and no check,no apology. This is a very unreliable company!

Zero stars if I could. Tried to say my car was worth way more and get me to pay more in taxes... Is this some sort of scam to get more commission or something? The state licensed me without trouble, why did your employee try to squeeze money out of me?These are rhetorical questions, of course, because I dont care about your excuses...AVOID THESE SCAM wannabe-artists

I have always had a great experience licensing my vehicles here. The staff is very helpful, and knowledgeable. The owner gave me very helpful information in obtaining the right documents for my newest car.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff and I have never had to wait long to get service in their comfortable setting. In addition to vehicle licensing they also service TWIC, TSA PreCheck, Hazmat Background checks, WA Fingerprinting and Fish and Wildlife needs. I highly recommend them.

Ellensburg licensing is a great place for all your licensing needs. I recently got new plates from here and Tiana was fast, friendly, and straightforward. The office was very welcoming with lots seating.I will be recommending Ellensburg Licensing to all my friends and family!

Ellensburg Licensing is the worst! The worst! I made an appointment online to get fingerprints only to wait over an hour and a half before being helped! The worst! It’s dirty as well.After all that time waiting the lady can’t find my appointment in the computer. So she calls customer service for the 5th time in 1.5 hours. While on the phone she confirms I have made an appointment because I saved the confirmation email. The lady from the front tells her to go help some else and instructs me to call my supervisor. I then show the lady from the front my confirmation email. She says “Well we’re going to put an end that right here.” Long story short I LEFT WITH NO FINGERPRINTS! An hour and a half for nothing!Complete waste of time!Ellensburg Licensing is so bad I created a google account just to give them a review. Zero stars was not an option.Four people had the same appointment time as me. When Someone asked why four people could schedule appointments at the same time. The staff said because people don’t always show up. Today everyone showed up.**Awesome things that happened during my 2 hour wait.The gal working called customer support because she couldn’t figure out the software.The lady working the front desk announced to everyone her car became infested with mice while parked in the parking lot of Ellensburg Licensing.Customer getting fingerprints has a missing finger. The lady working announces to everyone he is missing a finger. The poor guy is mortified. The staff continues to make a big deal about his missing finger. They then call customer service again to ask how to deal with a missing finger.Customer service tells the staff to ask her manager for help. Staff replies “who is my manager?” “Calling Bryan isn’t an option” The lady calls Bryan who is the owner.Staff working at the front desk continues to move everyone in the office from chair to chair. Saying you’re next. Lies!The lady at the front says the gal working in back is slow on the machines because she only works on Saturdays. Today is Thursday..-When I get back to my car I’ll be sure to let you know if my car is infested with mice or not. Update TBA.

Dont take your motorcycle here they run the dealer value on 19 year old bikes over valuing by 3x the amount for sales tax. Take the time to go to court house as nd get it done right. 2003 sporty not ever valued at 6500.00. Really

I originally went to the courthouse to license a vehicle that I had just purchased - a vehicle that needed quite a bit of work - The courthouse tried to charge me on a value that was over $5000. More than what I paid for the vehicle. I had brought in the amount i figured I would pay tax on - so when it was significantly higher I didn’t have the money to license the car so I left. I mentioned it to a friend of mine and he said go to Ellensburg Licensing by the theater, so I did. I was told the same thing but it they said - can you get ahold of the person you bought the vehicle from? I said yes - and they said go get this form signed and filled out - a declaration of value department of revenue form- and you will be ok. I did and came back. Their little bit of extra effort and I was able to pay tax on the amount I paid for the car - and it saved me over $470!! My friend was right - they are the only place to get your licensing done! I live in Grant County but I am doing my licensing with Ellensburg Licensing!!

FALSE ADVERTISING! UNDER THEIR BANNER IS CLEARLY STATES DRIVER AND VEHICLE LICENSING.They ONLY do vehicle.
