I came in to buy 8 brand new tires for semi truck, owner of the place told me to wait outside. When I went in to see how far they got and guess what I seen there. This guy puts 3used tires and tells me theyre brand new and started yelling at me. I asked the worker why they put old stuff when I paid for new ones and said the boss told me to do it. I wouldnt give him a single star!!!!!!

We had a screw in our tire at 6:45am on Labor Day with 500 miles to drive. They had us in and out and back on the road in under an hour for a minimal charge of $40. English is not their first language but they where polite and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Just called, only tire shop open in Ellensburg between 6 and 7pm (Called at 6:05). A guy answered, hello? I said, um hi are you still open? He quickly said what do you need? I said the tire type and just one tire, he said quickly, no. I said, ok bye. Would not recommend, rude, short, and I am inclined to believe the negative reviews.

Should be able to put negative stars. Extremely rude, prices for just 1 ($250 for a small trailer tire just be because they happen to be the only ones open at this time) tire are outrageous.

My experience with this company is extremely positive and contradict all the negative reviews for this company! They were very helpful and understanding of my tire blow out. These men stood good to their word and I would recommend them. They went above and beyond with service when helping me! Thanks JK tires.

Don’t bother with the negative reviews.Kind and sincere workers. Upfront about the prices and pricing. In and out quickly. Fantastic service for their pricing. I would gladly recommend and come back.

Sunday afternoon, tire pressure warning lamp is on with many miles to go before home. This was the only place open, and they quickly and politely resolved our issue without gouging us (which I sort of expected). It turned out to be a better experience than most of my interactions with Les S.

Apparently this tire shop doesnt install tires on wheels..very rude and unprofessional..do not recommend to anyone.

I called for a quote and a man hung up on me after a minute and was very rude while i was trying to find my tire size. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I had a great experience with these guys. I had a blown tire on a trail, had to replace it with a spare, ended up with a flat spare, then threw another spare on it, which had a leaking valve stem. Limped the rig over to loves next door, and found this place as it was the only place open on Sundays. Tried to ride the flat tire the 600 feet to the shop, but ended up with a popped bead.Walked over to JK Tires and after working through a slight language barrier, explained my situation. The guys went out of their way and walked over to the loves parking lot, grabbed the wheel and tire, took it back to their shop, replaced the valve stem, reinflated and re-beaded the tire, and then even rolled it back to loves and threw it back on the truck for me. Once we worked through the language barrier, the whole process took about 20 minutes. The guys were super friendly to me and my girlfriend, and when it came time to settle up they charged us about what I would have expected to pay at Les Schwab, except the guys at les schwab arent going to go off-site to pull your tire and replace it, and it would have taken twice as long.All in all, great experience. I dont know why it is rated so poorly.

These guys are great. We had a big giant screw in our tire which caused a flat. They fixed the tire and had us out in less than 30mins. And it was only $35. Way better than replacing my tire. Thank you so much

Extremely unhelpful over the phone. I asked for a tire size to see if they had it. Without a breath it between he said yes you can come to my shop. So I know he didnt even check. Then I asked how much. All he cared about was getting me to his shop. No price over phone and didnt even check if he had size. Just kept saying you come to my shop. This was at 7:15am on a Monday morning. Finally after having to repeat my self and tell him he doesnt need to be rude and Im not going to drive out there for a tire if he doesnt have it or it is over priced he said you call back in 2 hours.... so I said wait, you dont open until 9? This place has mostly negative reviews, BUT my experience was very positive. I had a small cut in a passenger tire sidewall, 2200 miles from home, trying to make a cruise departure deadline a few hundred miles farther down the road. I wanted to know whether or not the tire was safe for mountain highway driving in hot weather. I fully expected them to try to scare me into a new tire, but they didnt. The owner said he COULD sell me a tire but it was perfrctly safe to drive. The guys there have thick accents, which might account for some of the reviews. I was treated very well, and fairly. I recommend them.

If i could leave no stars i would.When we tried to get and invoice from them to get them paid they kept ignoring us. after two weeks ignoring our phone calls and pushing it off we call off a different number and they finally answer and are incredibly rude. I would not recommend this company at all.

This is pretty quick and nice place to get tires fix and change, also you can wash your truck here and they do it super quick and well. There is just one little issue, the are indu and theyre English is a little limited, so you have to be patient and be understanding, but after that they are a pretty good people.

Avoid this trap if you can, especially if you are a lone female. I was towed here with a flat (only place open on a Sunday sadly and I had to get home to Seattle). Told me over the phone they had my tire and then when I got there they said let me check to see if we have it. So basically Id have been screwed if they didnt. Anyway, even my tow truck driver didnt let me go in alone, I guess the place gave him the creeps too? As my car was finishing I told him Id be okay, and as soon as he left the cashier withheld my card while I was paying, with all the other employees watching me hard. He started asking me if I had a boyfriend and seriously pressed the matter when I expressed discomfort with his blatant flirting. I grabbed my card and got the hell outta dodge as soon as my tire was paid for!!! Scary! Just get a hotel and wait for a real tire shop to open lol. I wish I had.

Theyre prices on the receipt say 41 dollars for a tractor wash, but they charge 60 dollars for a tractor wash. They claim it is for the chemicals that they use, that they have to use, which didnt work. My fairings were still dirty. They also said the chemicals they use wouldnt cloud my polished wheels, wrong again. Looks like someone poured milk on my wheels. I will never use them again !!!!! They only get one star because I had to put something.

Horrible service horrible relationships. I pulled in with a dual Lt pick up had an inside flat tire. I ask how much it would be and he replied $40 for a plug or 45 for a patch. He looked for the leak while it was on the truck and couldn’t find it. He remove the tire and sprayed it with soap water, I guess that’s what it was. He couldn’t find a leak so put air in it and sent me on my Way, and said that will be $40. I replied well can I at least have my plug for a souvenir, joke!I would also write this at a zero if I could. Got home Tacoma- had a flat found a nail in it.

Only place open on Sunday and they did a very nice job patching my leaky tire so I could continue on my trip to Spokane. I was very pleased with their service and prices.

I would recommend checking the price before you ask for service, I found them to be opportunist and overly priced. Wasnt happy the way they carried out business. Rip off

I would put zero star but but it’s not allowed. Shady, eerie feeling from the beginning. Just watched one customer pay with card, when it was my time to pay for my trailer tire repair, the cost was $30 but not cards accepted. I seen there was an ATM, ‘no doesn’t work’. I said I’ll go next door, he said ok I take card $30. I hand over my card, he charges $30 and he asks if I have $10 cash, I again said I don’t have any cash. Hands me back my card and I leave. All while another middle easterner watched eerely!Not worth the worry, as it is I will just buy a replacement tire. Don’t trust the work.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. Dont try to call this business. I was trying to get an estimate for changing my snow tires and all he wanted was for me to buy new tires. I tried to explain to him that all I wanted to do was change my snow tires and install my old summer tires back on. There is definitely a language barrier and obviously all this guy cares about is money. If you dont want to waste your time with a repeated cycle for tire costs then dont call this place. Worse shop in the world, was there on Sunday evening and 2 Indian who can barely speak English was trying to replace the flat tire on my van .They dont know the difference between LT and P tires, the required PSI or torque pounds necessary...or the just dont care . The last but not the least the overcharged me because they were the only ones open.They dont even deserve 1 start!

Dont stop here. We needed our spare trailer tire mounted & installed. They screwed up my rim putting the tire on it. They also tore up the bead on my brand new tire & said it was already like that. On top of that they changed $110.00. I am serious, dont go there

I would gave zero but it wont let me..I had 2 rejected cases of pork they refused throw them away it took me ten minutes to talk them into washout my tlr there was still was blood in the tlr after the wash out and they throw the cases of pork middle of the tlr
