Love this place there always busy but the girls are nice and do a good job

Brought my elderly mother in for a hair wash. She has dementia and can be confused. The stylist could not have been more rude to her. Our family will never return.

With a family of 8, getting haircuts can be a bit of an ordeal. But not yesterday.That stylist got 4 of my kids in and out in under 50 minutes, and they all looked great.

New to the area. The young ladys that assisted us were fantastic! My daughter has had some pretty bad experiences previously with her hair being cut and styled. She has done nothing but rave about wanting to keep her hair in better shape since our visit. My son was squeezed in last minute. His stylist worked with him and his level of understanding. Fast service and my hair was cut just the way I liked it.

Went in for a haircut with my husband and only one guy was working. He was incredibly rude and said there was a long wait even though the salon was completely empty.

There was only one guy working and he was just rude to me and my kids.Went back a couple days later and wish we would have gone somewhere else. Only one stylist working and my sons haircut was very uneven/choppy. In my opinion its too much of a workload for one person. They had to turn at least 5 people away in the half hour we were there.

The lady that cut my hair was so sweet. They were all welcoming and made me feel comfortable about having them cuz my 2 year old sons hair while also cutting mine. But my hair turned out awful! Just AWFUL! It looked unfinished and like I just cut it myself. In fact I could have probably done better myself. But they were all very hospitable.

The ladies that work here are professional and do a great job, but they are extremely understaffed. Normally 1 or 2 people working tops and they are working hard to get people served while doing a quality job.

Omg forgot her name. Our stylist had a short angled bob. I took my son in to cut off about 8 in of hair. She did great with all the cowlic.

Be careful of the stylist you use. Some are good, many of them are terrible and have no concept of attention to detail.Make sure you look closely at your new cut before you leave; Ive had stray hairs and an uneven cut on the top more times than not, and had to return. No charge to fix it, but thats a huge waste of your time.It seems that they have a problem with employee turnover and the good ones leave quickly.Kayleen Hamer is great every time, Id recommend her.

This was honestly the worst haircut of my entire life. You would have better luck at the beauty school. The lady who cut my hair evidently had 5 years of experience, yet it was like it was her first time. She put in short layers on one side that didnt even match the length of the layers on the other side, and the cut was super choppy and uneven. She clearly didnt know how to cut bangs because they look awful and even she admitted it was bad. Whatever you do dont get a haircut from Elvia!

11/6/2020 went back to get my daughters hair done and was a waste of time again.$20.00 for a boys cut and no shampoo. $13.95 to trim daughters bangs. No wash included. Go to one of the local guys like Charlies for boys. For your girls Amy Dempsky at GGs cuts my hair so she does my daughters bangs for way less than $13.95.

Its Supercuts. Fast and inexpensive.

The cut they did for my son was great, but $17 plus to is a bit pricey for a childs haircut.

I get a #1 cut all over 3 times a year. I went to this location today. I was in the chair for maybe 5 minutes. Was over charged and received the worst cut I be ever had.

$19 for a simple cut is a bit pricey. Many other cheaper spots in town.

Staff was great and patient. Wasnt thrilled with the prices.

Checked in, told 20-25 minutes, girl sitting there had not checked in looking for coupon. Went back 15 minutes later, told it would be 45 minutes because girl was having a lot of things done. This is just wrong!!!

She was confused about a military cut. Simplified it by saying a trim, and still didnt seem sure she knew what she was doing...

They told me wait time was 30 minutes so I waited during my lunch break. 50 minutes roll by and the available hairstylist is busy making what I can only assume was a personal call. Finally I run out of time and just spent my hour break sitting there.
