I called my ride in an hour in advance, they did not show. I called again politely asking their ETA and I was informed that it would be a 20 minute wait and that this happened sometimes. I had work. Will not be using this service and will be using rodeo from now on who had no issue in picking me up on time in the past.

I would give them 0 stars. I called to cancel a ride 2 hours before the ride and the driver on the phone stated “No more calls your a pain in the a**” and hung up. Never using them again.

He drove off. Dont use them.

Ive used kc cab a lot but tonight i got a ride from tara, I believe that was her name, and she was just very friendly, helpful and I was really enjoying the vibe and conversation. She made my night better with her friendliness and kindness.

I had no bad experience from kc cab their all friendlyAnd not to overpriced plus always on time when i need them and even when i was nervous because i never rode on a taxi before they knew how to make me feel safe and knew i will be okey so i personally recommend kc cab for best service and awesome people and know know how to get to your location fast and like how they waited as i told them i be back from the store and i didnt took that long and they waited for me to get back and went back home thank you guys keep up the great work

I used K.C. cab for the first time and I will not be using it again. The woman that picked me up did not disclose there would be another passenger in the car and she would be dropped off first. This womans driving was also horrible. She took turns so wide she was almost off the road in the other lane, she sped through the parking lot at about 25 mph of the complex the other passenger was dropped off at, she sped on the road almost the entire time, van smelled of stale cigarette smoke, she played horrible rap music that was curse words every sentence and finally slammed on her brakes at every stop sign so hard I held onto all my things so they wouldnt go flying. By the time i got home after about 12 minutes in this cab I was motion sick and throwing up. Other drivers im sure are different but this was a horrible first experience and it has made me never want to use this company again

My husband wanted to use KC cab for the first time since they live in our neighborhood. He needed to go to Ellensburg from Kittitas off Rainer Dr to catch a plane from Yakima. My husband told them Rainier Dr. in Kittitas not the one in Ellensburg. They said they understood. Nope. They went to Ellensburg instead to pick him up and he missed the bus to Yakima to catch his plane. In the end KC cab cost us more money because of their “miscommunication” so my husband could catch his flight. We will never use them again.

Ive never had a bad experience with K.C. Cab in all four years of using their service. The drivers are always pleasant and prompt, even in the snow. Plus they have student discounts and punch cards for free rides. Theyre always my first choice for a taxi!

Good experienced

Super responsive and quick to pick up my non-driving CWU student and get him where he needs to go. Were from a small town and taking a taxi is a new thing - theyre patient and kind with his confusion as he sorts all this college stuff out.

These guys are the BEST when it comes to answering their phones, timeframes, & drop offs. Their prices are excellent for the services that you get. Drivers are extremely friendly. They’ve helped me so many times I can’t help in a pinch & are always super happy & friendly. They are the only ones that I call & I wouldn’t change it. I love that they are timely & are there when they say that they will be. I’ve never asked, but if I have a load of groceries, they’ve never not once helped me carry them to the door.

No show! Called a cab for my son and was told they were close and would be right over. The address was right on Main St and not hard to find. Twenty minutes later we were still waiting. I called to find out what was going on, and another driver who was picking people up in another part of town answered the call. I finally had to close my store for a time to give my son a ride home, so he could get to work on time.

Steve is the nicest driver! Im on crutches and when I called KC to get a ride back to my apartment, he saw me right as I was on the phone with them. He picked me up because he recognized the crutches, and didnt even know I was on the phone with his company. I will definitely use KC Cab again and again. Thank you so much Steve!

My honey and I went out for dinner and drinks after a long awaited well deserved date night. We called KC Cab for transportation and we loved them! Our driver Steve was on time for both our trips to and from our home and he was so nice! I am always very nervous when Im not the one behind the wheel but Steve took all the anxiety out of it for me by being super observant and safe. Thank you Steve! KC Cab is our go to for date night from here on out!! My honey and I highly recommend KC Cab :)

My first time taking a cab so when I got into the vehicle, I asked nicely do I pay now or when we get to my destination. She said ether or, so I decided to pay now. It was $15 so thats what I gave her. Her reply to me when I handed it to her was, wheres the tipI know they always get them but to me she greety and expects everyone to give them. Never taking taxis again, rather go with Uber and pay the extra amount.

Had the owner for both my trips and was absolutely a wonderful experience. He is the sweetest owner and has over come hell and back. I recommend this cab service over all else! $7 for students $1 for every extra person and free rides after 7 pm.

Awesome the man that shoferd my 5 year old daughter to and from school would pick us both up and take her and I all the way to kittitas then take me back home to ellensburg and then pick me up and take me back to get my daughter after school and bring us back home he did this for 4 days in a row and each day had the DVD player ready for us to enjoy we were able to watch a hole move that 4 days. Lol the cab driver is out of this world sweet man;)

Stephen, the owner, took us from Ellensburg to the Gorge for a show and got us back to ellensburg after the show. Was on time picking us up and probably waited around a bit for us to make it back to the cab after the show, we appreciated the services. Highly recommended!

Had a horrible experience. Driver was given incorrect info by whoever answered the phone, and proceeeded to cuss me out during the pick up because of it. He had a horrible attitude and refused to acknowledge I was there until it was time to pay. Id rather walk than have that experience again

Good: open communication about time it would take and wherabouts, friendlyBad: tried to pick me up at the wrong place (somewhere i was not), made 2 personal calls (1 to bf, 1 about dog in hospital), used slur gay during one of them to the person on the other side, almost missed my stop

The lady I had a ride from was so rude even over the phone when I was trying to set up a pick up. She informed me 10-12 minutes so I waited, after about 20 minutes I called and she was just aimlessly driving around until she could figure out where I was located when she couldve called and I couldve guided her. She was snotty, however I continued to talk nice and guide her to where I was located, even though at that point I was going to be late to work. When she picked me up she continued to have an attitude and she was very short with me. No customer service whatsoever, the last thing I want in the morning is an attitude from someone that Im paying to take me somewhere and then made me late, really? My boyfriend and I will never use kc cab again. Uber drives are so much friendlier.

No beating around the bush, they shafted me.

I sometimes need a ride to and from work. Most of the time its nice drivers or sometimes its rude ones. They often tell me to give the address or the apartment name then some dont know the name. I usually give the address. The last time I called and I called again to cancel cause my coworker gave me a ride instead they were rude and told me to never call. Sometimes it takes to long for a taxi to get to me once it took 30 mins. But when it is good. They get to me in 7 mins or so very nice.

I road with a lady driver the other day and she was screaming at another driver flipping the bird yelling profanity i think next time ill either ride with rodeo cab or walk it was the worst ride ever
