For as busy as this place has been lately, its some really good service. The last two times Ive been there the guy in there not only sold me the battery but actually replaced it for me and it was kind of inconvenient for him to get to inside the engine compartment (would not have been able to do that myself) and even though the wiper blades are pretty simple theyll do that for you too. Im not really sure how far the extent of what work they will do for you is but it seems like they go more above and beyond than your average store would. The wait is kind of long sometimes but theyve got a lot of people in there so thats understandable (especially with how they have to look up every persons car). Overall out of all the car places Ive been to this is usually the one that I go to because of their exemplary service.

I needed a battery FAST! I not only got a battery, but had it installed and was in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! The service was AWESOME. Reuben rocks!!! I will definitely be back!!!

There was one person working. She was very polite and pleasant but was unhappy about being the only one in the store answering the phone and trying to wait on customers. Apparently this chain treats their employees the same as they treat their customers

The women who works at the return register was extremely rude. She was the ONLY register open when I walked in so I waited in her line. She was having a conversation with a gentleman in front of me and he said “go ahead and help her she’s been waiting” she threw her hands up and said “I’m not even supposed to help her shes in the wrong line” I apologized and explained she’s the only one up there… she then proceeded to help me with attitude. I only had a question she didn’t even have to get me anything.

Starr, who worked there was a real Star. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you. Definitely would go there again.

Auto Zone is the parts store I prefer and they had the items in stock that I needed for my new vehicle.

I am a car hauler and was stuck at a rest stop in Delaware. Reuben and his colleagues got me a radiator and all the parts I needed so I did not have to spend another night on the Highway. They delivered it to me and gave me a relief needed when you are broken down. Amazing service and truly amazing people. Thank you always

Was looking for rotors for our van. After I went 3 other Autozone stores in Delaware (who told me they had parts in stock) we were sent to The store in Elkton. There I was greeted by Meme and her staff. They had the parts waiting for me and apologized for the issues I had at the other stores. Both women at the register knew their parts, the location of the parts and were extremely helpful!! After I got all that I needed, another employee had great customer service as well and carried all the stuff out and loaded into my car. THIS STORE IS WELL RUN AND KNOWS HOW TO TREAT ITS CUSTOMERS. The other stores should take lessons! I will drive the extra 15 minutes ( and pay the tax ) to go straight there to get the parts and service I want. Can’t thank them enough!

I came in not knowing which fuses to check for my cigarette lighter charger that stopped working. The car manual was not much of a help. Then I met your employee Starr D. She helped me so much and explained to me on which one to check first. She came out to my car and helped me check and replace the fuse and to my delight it worked!Thank you Starr!!PAULINE 😊

Seems Every Time you call, They put you on Hold . Have to listen to Message in different languages . After waiting forever and no one Picks up Just moved on to another Auto parts Store .

They wouldnt take back the battery I bought because I installed it even though I never drove with it. I started it like once and realized it wasnt the problem, took it back same day, and they wouldnt take it. $200 wasted. It was in perfect condition. I just didnt need it.

If your a mechanic and you know how to use their computers your in luck. You find your own parts or look up part numbers before you come very short staff and the ones who do work there I think are pencil pushers who have never even changed a light bulb on a car let alone work on it

I spent $58 on LED strip lights. They came incomplete, as they did not come with the controller to connect them to my car and control them. So, I ordered another set, with hopes that they would come complete. They didn’t. It has been 2 months back and forth of trying to fix this. I was refunded for one set, however, I still have one set that I was not refunded for, ultimately leaving me down $58 with no lights. Kind of a bummer

Its a typical AutoZone with all of the right parts, but the staff is so friendly and helpful that they stand out from other auto parts stores.

It is a very helpful place for a woman who had a couple questions I think that they need to hire more than two people because it was a 7 at night and all of a sudden there was four and five people there with questions and part ordering and you cant give good customer service with only two people and I dont even know where the girl went honestly. But what really helped was a customer and he overheard me asking and he said oh come here Ill show you exactly what you need and this is with my two grandchildren ages 5 and 11 with me lol its a good place to get knowledge and the right product

I was vacationing in Maryland and had a brake light and turn signal out. Stopped by auto zone and was able to get quick service and back on the road in short time. . . I would definitely recommend this place!

Has a good selection and placee is really easy to go through. If its not on the shelves up front then it is probably in the back. Their one downfall compared to pep boys is that they dont have a repair shop or tire service.

I feel compelled to write a review after my experience here. I was driving up I-95 and had a fan belt blow out. The staff at AutoZone was extremely helpful, finding a suitable and inexpensive replacement. On top of this, a kind person who was at the store at the time, helped my install it for no charge. This is an honest and helpful business.

The Elkton I highly suggest. Do not go to northeast one. You will wind up with more issues than you had

A review I am happy about writing.I went in to get brake pads for my truck. While the lady behind the desk was getting them for me, I asked if they did a price match on a jack from the competitor. I showed them the item I was talking referring to on my phone. They verified the ad was real and an in store sale item. They confirmed that and sold me their similar product for the same price as the ad. Then on top of that the I was informed that my pads are for life. It is common sense gestures of not taking advantage of customers that buys my loyalty. Thank you to the three that helped today, I will most certainly be back when I need my next part.

Now this is a nice place to go if you need anything at all for your car. They must have a better work ethic and higher pay then any other auto place because the service over there was much better and their attitudes were much nicer

I was waited on immediately when I walk through the door of the first AutoZone that I went to. The employee went out of his way to try to find the part that I was looking for. It was out of stock but he checked on his computer and sent me to another AutoZone a few miles away telling me that they had what I was looking for in stock. I went to the second AutoZone and asked for the part and they looked and told me that they were out so apparently they need to work on their inventory issues. I ended up going to a competitor where they had 10 of the part that I was looking for.

Whenever my husband or I go to this Auto Zone, the employees are not knowledgeable of the parts. Theyre even to the of point of disrespectful. I suggest, when a customer asked about a part, the person behind the counter have some form of experience in the field.

One of the Route 40 auto supply shops in Elkton - not much to distinguish them. Typical is all I have to say about the store. They stock about everything you would expect and are knowledgeable about automotive issues and supplies.

People who there are lazy you have to tell 5 or 6 times what your vehicle is. Then you still get wrong parts. Go there only as a last resort. Napa is 100% better than auto zone.
