Called on a Wednesday to remove squirrels in a roof space containing electrical wiring. Arrived on Friday, made appointment for Monday. Called and cancelled on that Monday, made appointment for next day, Tuesday. Called that day and said he couldnt do it until next week. Nice guy, undependable, not responsive to customers needs.

They total saved me!! I had a bat flying around my house and I called 6 other places that dont catch bats but will tell me how they are getting in. I called Olewines and they were at my house in 20mins, got the bat out in less then 5mins!! Very nice guy too. Thank you so much!

Mr Olewine answered the phone himself unlike the bigger companies with whom I had spoken too that day. He was helpful with suggestions as to what my problem may be, what the resolution may be, and approx. how much it will cost. It turned out to be less then the approx. price I was given. I had a squirrel stuck in my fireplace. It had been in the house and destroyed several items, then when trying to leave got stuck in the flu. Nerve wracking too say the least. Mr Olewine solved my issue promptly and when he said he would. It appears to be a small business but I highly recommend. I was disappointed by how I was treated indifferently at bigger companies on the phone and was pleasantly surprised when I encountered Olewines. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way through.
