Professional, honest, EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Everything in their power was done correctly, and very timely. Had absolutely zero issues with the service. Don personally also brought my mother and her casket 2 hours north (for her burial) for a more than reasonable price. I would HIGHLY suggest if youre in the area; Doing business with Hicks Home For Funerals will not be a bad decision. They made an extremely hard process, very easy. Don is full of information and VERY helpful. Great personality and very transparent about everything.

You cannot get a hold of anyone. I received my dads urn with the wrong dates and they are saying its my fault for giving them the wrong dates. So they refuse to fix it. Only offering a refund and told me i had to go somewhere else.

Hicks is a very professional service. Very personable, however to get all affairs completed takes months. My father passed away 4 months ago and I still can not get the final bills from Hicks on the headstone, VA footstone so that I can close my fathers estate. I know it takes time but the family needs closure and the bill just lingers over my shoulders like cement blocks.
