Today i came into force for the first time and my staffing recruiter Chrissy helped me throughout the whole process and made the experience a lot easier than most people would. She took the patience to help through the whole process from beginning to end! :)P.s lupe the first receptionist I talked to was also VERY helpful and overall respectful I’m the way she talked and assisted me throughout!

Disappointed. Typical staffing service. Dont care about anything other than bodies to place. Did not accurately explain my placement. Did not support me when I brought my issues to the office (both elkhart and middlebury). The communication is so poor that when I left the placement on a Friday morning and called the office to let them know- my call wasnt even documented. I dont hear from them the whole next week and call again the following Friday and they didnt even know I had left the position. There was no documentation that I had spoke with anyone. I was told to call the elkhart office the earlier, the better on Sunday morning to speak with the office manager. I call.. the answering service. Do not recommend.

Jaime was very professional and thorough throughout the interview process. Every employee that I came in contact with was very friendly. A very nice and clean facility and they try their very best to make sure to fit you with the right employer. Overall a great experience.

I interviewed for a service coordinator position (of which was perfectly qualified for) working in the forge office and the manager dodged my calls and emails for weeks. They said he was busy or out of the office and that hed call later every time I called which was twice a week for probably almost 2 months. He was supposed to contact me for a second interview within 2 weeks but that never happened. An email from him with any excuse for the lack of communication would have been better than childishly ignoring me for weeks. Extremely unprofessional
