The people and staff down at Work One were very professional and courteous and helped me tremendously when I had difficulty in understanding the computer and filing process but the people down in Indianapolis were vere abrupt and a little rude and acted like they did not want to answer any questions I had and pretty had it to where they wanted me to figure it out for myself....then what purpose did it truly serve when I called down there?

The phone was answered by a professional, aware of how much hardship is increased by the decision to involve a 3rd party to verify each identity. Crisis.

Everyone was helpful and i was in and out pretty fast.

Been waiting since September was turned down for unemployment filed an appeal four months later still waiting for a date

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I knew it would be crazy for the agents to process so many claims so I tried to be patient. After a few weeks an agent called me to take care of my still pending issue. They are trying to answer everyones questions and were all frustrated and struggling but a little kindness goes a long way there during this crazy time. Thanks Carla!!

I dont always get answers but the ladies working here are very helpful...They also clean everything after each persons use which eased my mind ...

If I could put 0 stars i would. Its now been 4 months with not a single answer and they said just wait another week but then again nothing. Horrible customer service and can never give an answer to a question.

Disappointed went to appointment and they claimed they fixed the issue but they did nothing still waiting for unemployment money

Ive had bad experiences with not getting emails on my phone caused me to not get paid for 13 weeks of pay I just cant believe how I just dont think that is really true

The place looks like the hood. Very unkept. Just doesnt look inviting at all. Always dirty outside.
