Erv’s Vacuum Shop has taken care of our vacuum cleaner for our church and our home for the last couple years.We bought a commercial Sebo at the Goshen store and then had two year maintenance and cleaning completed at the Elkhart store. These folks know their machines and their business. I’ve found them very trustworthy and timely.

Stopped in to get a belt, guy that helped me seemed distracted with something in the back and hurried off. I would have made another purchase if he would have taken more time with me. It may have only been a few $$ but would like to keep it local!

Called in had no idea what I was looking for chad I believe who was the one who helped me did a Excellent job helping me find the model # and maker of my vacuum .. found out I needed a special belt and sure enough they have it in store 🙏🙏

The customer service is terrible i took my vacuum cleaner up there on a wed they said that it would be looked at by thursday sat comes around i call to check on it he said it wouldnt be looked at until monday so i said thats ok i will come and pick it up they charged me to look at it but never did the guy was very rude and i would rather give my money to people a little more customer service oriented
