Substandard plating.Sent a set of 1921 Tenor sax keys for silver plating, they did a horrible job. Fine scratches and pitting in the newly plated surface. Charged an extra 400.00 for preparation of the pieces, left old pad glue in the cups, failed to do a copper plate and mash buffing leaving the pits in the original brass visible through the new silver plate. There was remnants of buffing compound or some other white substance in the areas where the cup joined the stems. Tried to use Tarn-x and cotton ball to polish and remove to no avail. I have plenty of silver items in my home and shop and Tarn-x has always been the go to since it is none abrasive and you just wipe. Definitely could not clean the defects in this horrible job. Guess my project was not important to them

World class plating facility. They have done my plating for 40+ years, and I have never received less than the best quality plating and helpful assistance from the staff.

I have used Anderson Silver Plating to refinish numerous trumpets since 1970 and they have ALWAYS provided exceptional service, communication & finished product!! Many years ago they plated a set of french horn valves, copper & nickel, the final results being exceptional. It appears they have also developed a full service brass repair shop to assist with any necessary services within the bands instrument world. March on!!!!!

Great work done on my nickel plated saxophone keys! I only wish they had called me about the few keys that needed more polishing, before they plated them. Otherwise their work is great! Will use again.
