My mom, Lan works at Tip-N-Toes Nail Spa and I think that this is a great place to get your nails done.I’ve met all of the employees and from my experience, they’re all amazing. They’re all so nice and they make sure you’re able to enjoy your experience while being there.My mom and Trish did acrylic nails for me and it was quick, well done, and professional. I’m 12 years old so normally acrylic nails don’t stay on for very long on me. I would say that acrylic nails normally last me from 2-4 days. But when I got my acrylic nails done here, they stayed on for a little more than a week!In conclusion, I believe that Tip-N-Toe Nail Spa is the best place to go to get your nails done!

The worst experience ever!! I got there at 3:45pm to get gel pedicure and full set gel manicure. I was out the door by 4:28. Pedicure consisted of dipping my feet in water, trimmed/file my toes nails. Dip back in water and paint. No lotion, pumice stone, callus removing, massage, nothing!! Told my manicurist and she said u can sit in the massage chair for 10 mins... $10 of service total of $95 w for nothing. Gave the lady that did my pedicure $10 tip then the lady that did manicure $10, said Id never be back.

Nail tech was nice and fast. The lady that was cleaning came to a chair right next to me and started wiping down things but flinging the towel hard to get debris off and kept swinging it towards me. I also watched the cleaning process or lack there of. Sanitation process is very sketchy.

Simple design, long time for executing...used dip powder for gels instead of brush and barbacide...my forms are a bit crooked, and the lady got a bit irritated when i mentioned my rhinestones...65 total for color change gel polish, and gel dips. But they do have some cool glow in the dark podwer...so im going to try again later and see if sundays just a bad time to visit

I did dipped nails, I’m guessing the gentleman who did them has never applied them before. $60 and they are chipping 2 days later. This is the second time I’ve used them, won’t go back for a repair

We went in to get pedicures. The lady sitting there suggested we get the deluxe! Was worth EVERY penny. The technicians did an amazing job. Kind, friendly and prompt. After taking care of the dead skin they dipped our feet in bags of hot wax. This was a scary step but also so amazing! The outcome is amazing

The ladies are very friendly and do an exceptional job! They got me right in without having to wait. There were at least 5 other customs. It was a nice experience!!!

They have social distance down. Everyone is sectioned off and everyone is required to wear a mask. Great service, very friendly and did a great job. I had a full set and a pedicure.

Rushed throughout the whole process as it was not busy, was not very attentive, was very rough with my child and myself. Just a terrible experience all around. Then at the end they tried to charge more than was done. If I wouldn’t have caught it they would have let it happen.

I went to this place about a couple of months ago to get my nails done for my first time... the nails looked so cute.. but only lasted one month. I got a nail infection and my nail hurt really bad. I wouldn’t go here. The ladies are nice. I enjoyed it here but I wouldn’t go here again.

I see the same person every time I go she is a fantastic technician she knows what I like and if I can’t decide on a design she picks out the bests ones for me!

I felt rushed as soon as I got there. Couldnt really look at the colors that I really wanted. I felt like they charged so much. They did my moms pedi and she didnt like the way they did it. Said they didnt take their time on her as they should have. She said they do it better at the Concord mall... not as expensive either...

Was extremely rushed. She LITERALLY did me and 3 others nail at the same time (one being my sister). She did NOT clean or prep my nails properly before starting. She did NOT shape or even dip my nails evenly after acrylic was on. My nails where different shapes and uneven. When I brought the fact that my nail wasnt covered correctly she got an attitude about the fixing it. To top of the not great experience...they came off after 1 week...ONE WEEK! For $50 (and $45 for my sis) both of us were missing nails after a week. It was a mess. Ill NEVER go back.

Terrible. I don’t usually go here but I went with my aunt because she invited me. The lady kept saying she wanted to go home and rushed my nail job. I asked for a design (that she did ) but I hated it. I asked if she can fix it. She kept rolling her eyes and not speaking to me. I asked her is there a problem? She said again.... I want to go home. ( this was 6:45 and they close at 7:30) I specially asked for a wax as well..... she asked if she can postpone it for when I come back.

Not worth $25 for a gel manicure. My nails aren’t even completely painted, they needed a third coat(I can see my nail underneath the polish), and there’s bumps and bubbles under there top coat. The polish is either all over my cuticles or no where close to them. She then used foot cream on my hands:/

Ive been going there for a while, today was my last. I was asked what I wanted, there is no price list, I decided on regular acrylic because I got a holiday theme and only wanted it for a week. I always get gel and ALWAYS tip very well. This was a horrible job, still have acrylic chunks under my nails, edges with areas not painted, she didnt even go all the way to my cuticles with the clear. Like 3/4 of the way up. Terrible!! Save your money go anywhere but here

Glad I didnt listen to any of these reviews. I got right in. did my pedicure well. I love how she did my manicure and shellac. I have my own nails no tips. She cut them even and I loved how if she saw an imperfection in the color she filed it a little then fixed. My technician had amazing detail. They will be my Elkhart nail shop.

Trish did the color acrylic nail fill. Two colors for me. Love the look and she was very friendly. This was my second time there. Very happy so far. I will continue going asking for Trish.

Currently at the salon. I’ve been here since 1:30 it’s now 2:18pm on a Saturday. I was sat 30 minutes before the woman next to me and the grandma that works here decided to do her pedicure first and ignore me. I sat and sat and waited forever then at 2:18 another lady comes to do my pedicure. I mentioned I was here before the lady treated before me and they just said “sorry” did not offer to help the situation.. my feet were proony from being in the water so long. I verified with the woman next to me that she did NOT have an appt either- she walked in after me. After today I will not be returning. Trish is the only good nail tech at this location the rest suck and it’s very unsanitary and after reading comments I’m grossed out and never wanna come back. I will be contacting someone to come check out this place because I noticed so many hazards and things being done wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Highly unprofessional speaking their language in front of clients as well and barely speaking English or interacting with the clients. They don’t even deserve 1 star

I am not sure why I have to give this establishment one star?? It deserves zero!I was a first time customer as Tip-N-Toe today and I will never go back and I will tell anyone I know never to go there! The service was horrible! I was asked by I am pretty sure the owner to take off my own nail polish! The girl who did my shellac was fast, rough and just rude. I paid $25 for a manicure that lasted less than 20 minutes. My nails are not filed evenly and I have dings in them. Not to mention the establishment was filthy! I am surprised they have not been shut down by the health department.

Waste of time. I wasnt even out the door before my nails were ruined. My nail polish was caked on so thick that my nails still werent dry a half hour later.

I go here a lot as it is close to home. After today that will change. It can be unprofessional but today took the cake. Today, I got a facial and the woman doing it was on her Bluetooth the ENTIRE time on a phone conversation during my relaxing facial. She left the room multiple times and completely ignored me. During my manicure, the tech answered her phone and paused work on my nails at least 8 times in a row. They are good at what they do but they do not provide a relaxing, comfortable experience. Too many phone calls while they service you and it is tacky. Very disappointed. They used to be very good but now I dont think I will be going back.

Worst nails ever! Simple manicure with shellac polish and the nail tech literally slopped the paint on. I told her my concerns and I was ignored. She even dropped her straw wrapper in my soaking and never bothered to remove it. Wish I had read reviews before going in.

Worst experience ever, don’t go to that place I went today with my sister and a friend of mine. This lady had an attitude they don’t care what u want or u want it they just want the money, they tell u a price then charge u another cuz “she forget”. Have switched to this Elkhart salon recently since its closer. They are quick to do the job without rushing you thru. My last girl (in Mishawaka) was soooo sllooowww every time I went. This place is clean and friendly!

DONT GET POWDER NAILS HERE.. THEY DIP YOUR FINGER IN THE POWDER AND THATS A GREAT WAY TO SPREAD INFECTIONS....JUST A HEADS UP....THANKS

I took my daughter and daughter in law in for mani-pedi. I paid extra for the gel polish. our polish is already chipping off and i had to clean my nails up after we left she left all kinds of goop under them . When I ask her to clean it up she said she didnt have time for that. Now of course she had already collected the money in advance. I had made appointments so that we would not be feeling so rushed. I can promise I will never go back ever again. Looks like I will have to find a new salon in Granger.

I would give no stars if i could. They werent busy while I was there, but the lady did my fill so fast. She was irritated when I asked her to file my nails to all be even and she had the polish slopped all over my skin. When she was all done I asked her to fix a nail and she tried saying the reason it was like that was of the last person that did my nails. I took my 8 year old daughter with me to get her nails painted and she said how rude the lady that did my nails was. I will never go back and I will tell anyone I talk to, to NEVER go there.

Is it possible to give negative stars? I had been growing out my real nails for months and kept them long and healthy by getting gel polish manicures regularly at my favorite nail salon in New York, where I am from. I was visiting family in Elkhart, and wasnt able to get my nails done before leaving for our trip. So, after stopping at 3 other local salons, all were incredibly busy, as it was a Saturday. This train wreck salon was the only place able to take my daughter and me.As the elderly technician started on my nails, she began tearing and ripping my old polish off with cuticle cutters, also ripping off the tips of my beautiful, long, real nails!!! I tried to stop her by asking if there was any other way for her to get the polish off, only to have her gruffly respond, NO, and continued to ruin my nails. She was then forced to cut all my nails short, as she explained it away by saying my nails were thin, and would look better this way. My daughter had her acrylic set applied at this same time by another technician who was also doing another girls nails at the same table, using the SAME nail tools and files on each. I didnt realize this at the time and my daughter, being young, was reluctant to call attention to it to the technician. All in all, I paid $72 for two of the WORST nail services I have ever experienced. Besides all of this, they all but refused to speak English, and jibbered amongst themselves the entire time. The elderly technician would hold up my hand showing it to another worker, speaking non-English, where she would shake her head, as the other would snap her tongue, as if to say tsk, tsk. Dont waste your money here! Next time, were going to Creative Touch based on all the great reviews Ive read!

Did a good job. I didnt like that the girls would talk and laugh to each other in a language that I couldnt understand. Wonder if was making fun of me or saying my feet are nasty. Felt uncomfortable.

Worse place to ever go. My acrylics lasted 10 days and two of them chipped off in the same day! They smugged a nail and didnt even bother fixing it. Theyre rude and I feel like theyre only doing it to get nails done and dont care about actually doing it, and what they do. I would NOT recommen this place to anybody. Never going there again

Was getting white shellac. There was debris in the polish and when I pointed it out she just kept going. She did four coats until it was really chunky. I said I still wasnt happy and so she dunked my fingers in acetone and used a remmel to drill the paint off. She burned my nail. After that I asked for her to do just regular nail polish. She put it on without a basecoat. She globbed it on so thick that it was bubbling and there was polish all over my cuticles. She made me pay before she polished my nails otherwise I wouldnt have paid. I left crying and went back within ten minutes to ask for a refund. They refused to give me one. At first they said they would give me money back and then said that they couldnt because I had paid with my card . It was a total lie. I went to another mail place right after to get my nails fixed and they were shocked at how bad my nails looked.

Terrible service! I made an appointment for 4 of us at 1pm. They had 5 open chairs and sat 3 people who walked in, then sat 2 more people who walked in. It was 2pm and we asked why we hadnt been seated and the lady said to come back at at 4 or come back tomorrow. Another lady said we arent open tomorrow. As we were leaving the owner said come back in an hour. Needless to say we left and wont come back. What was the point of making an appoint?

I went in there to get my nails repaired and the lady asked me if I wanted her to just paint on my french tips or put on completely new nails, and I told her I didnt care, whichever was cheaper. She then looked at me like I was some sort of moron, and started taking off the 6 remaining nails I had on. The next hour an a half was spent putting new nails on. Im not an expert at doing acrylic nails, but I know that a french tip does NOT take an hour and a half. I had my boyfriend sitting out in the car waiting and he was under the impression that it would be 45 minutes at the most, needless to say he was furious as well. The lady doing my nails seemed upset and she kept uttering on how I shouldve just had the people who originally did my nails repair them. Well lady with crooked eyebrows, I will from now on because the place that I got my nails done originally bad people a hell of a lot more polite than you or any of your girls.

I was very disappointed. I took my daughter her for her first time at the spa and they have her a broken chair so she didnt get a massage. They didnt take her to the nail side to do her manicure and did them in the pedicure chair without having her wash or soak them. And my pedicure was very subpar. I had to fix my polish as it was on my cuticles and she didnt offer to scrape my heels or anything as most places do. We will look for a new salon in the area.

Whenever Tan was available, he would do am absolutely excellent job. He wasnt there the last two times I went & the other techs dont seem to have the same talent or peoe skills

Worst service I have ever had getting a pedicure. Didnt pumice the whole foot, no option to get clear sealer on my toe nails, and when they gelt they had done a good job they just got up and left. Never came back. I after 10 minutes I just got up and paid. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. called ahead & they said that they had time but then the place was packed with people saying they had appointments at that time, she wasn’t paying attention while using the tool on my hand and knew she kept hurting me but kept not paying attention and made me bleed and then passed me off to another lady who didn’t file my nails straight and also told me no when i asked for french tips and told me she wanted to do a color instead when that’s not what i wanted... then when she wouldn’t do french (& didn’t have a good reason for it) i picked a color and she did it very sloppily and it needed multiple coats and i asked her to fix it but she wouldn’t and so i ended up with nails that weren’t even, and very streaky, along with a bleeding finger. not impressed & high prices too

Not my favorite. One lady very nice, the other yelling at me 3 times. Told her I wanted a basic pedi and a leg wax and pointed to the sign and list on the website to make sure she understood BC I totally understand that it can be hard to communicate. Proceeded to give me most expensive pedi then at the end said they couldnt do the wax BC my hair wasnt long enough to see... But it is its just blonde. Difficulty checking out with card so had to pay by check. Not coming back.
