I took my 2 girls here to get their nails painted and I got white tips on mine. Honestly it was the most peaceful relaxing experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. I am the type that is anxious and I dont like to make a lot of small talk with people I dont know. Here I just felt relaxed. I recommend this place they also did a really good job on our nails.

They were busy but I didnt have to wait too long for them to work me in. Ive had several different nail techs and liked them and their work.

Scheduled an appointment for 1:30 pm two days ago. Sat and waited for half hour and my nail technician was doing pedicures. I left. Went in today as soon as they opened @ 10 was seated at Joys desk amd said she would be there shortly. Never spoken to by anyone again and joy still hadnt showed at 11 am so I left again. She did great very first time thats why I requested her and nothing. Wasted two damn days on this.

My daughter and I come in fairly regularly and are never disappointed! Joy is absolutely wonderful! Shes got a great personality, super helpful and truly cares about doing a good job. Would recommend her 100% 🥰

I came here once for a pedicure and it wasn’t a relaxing experience at all, and the work was horrible and rushed. Now I only come back for a polish change on my toes because it’s close to my house but every time I walk through the door she say to come back in an hour. Well today I decided to sit and wait and they got me in within five minutes so I don’t understand why she always say “come back in one hour” I only use this place in emergency situations otherwise I wouldn’t even bother to give them my money. If you can avoid them…YOU SHOULD!

I was a walk in, And they fit me in with a reasonable amount of time. The ladies were very kind and very helpful when picking out colors and were also very patient with picking out shape and length. I did get clipped a few times on accident but she really took her time to get the shape down perfect and make sure my nails were on very secure so that is something I dont mind I will look past it. they had great service and engaged in good conversation there wasnt really gossip going on which I really appreciate. I will definitely be going back for more acrylic sets and Ill be going there for my fill.

I like LA Nails. They do a nice job, and are close to my house, and the prices are reasonable.

They use MMA products!!! I have a severe allergy to MMA and got my nails done yesterday and started having an allergic reaction just an hour after my appointment! My nail tech was amazing and super nice but this is unacceptable!!!

I have been going here for about 3 years. The people are friendly and always do a good job. I can go 3 weeks between mani/Pedi with gel nails

The place was just flat out dirty, the nail tech was very rude when she was asked if she was going to take all the steps to do a full set. And Used Illegal MMA products which is very harmful to natural nail to do my nails. And when asked said it was all EMA

My nail tech was rude after she got frustrated with me that she couldn’t do a round tip, then began to toss my phone and yank on my fingers out of frustration, wouldn’t recommend.

My service was totally awful first lady did my pedicure she did a amazing job then she handed me off to another lady she was awful really grumpy zero personality zero customer service abilities she did a fill with a french manicure she didnt fill them all the way there were lines where she did the fill the white polish was sloppy the edges were half painted and half nothing polish on my fingers under the nail there is a speckle of something in the nail when she took the polish off and didnt take all the polish off theres specks on my old polish in my new polish then she refused to fix it and I got zero discount had to pay money that wasnt what I asked for all i asked for was new paint that was too much to ask for I guess

The lady that did my nails was playing on her phone for good min, my nails look nothing like the picture that I saw her but it still kinda cute, and one of my nails isn’t straight.

Ive been getting my nails done here for years. Always a great experience. I live in South Bend so it is a bit of a drive for me, but always worth it!

My manicure looked good but it didn’t even last 24 hours before it chipped. And I wasn’t doing anything hard on it or anything either. The first nail was while I was sleeping and then two in the shower and one while getting around afterwards. By the time a day had past half of my manicure was gone.

Amazing place! Would definitely recommend they did a fantastic job on my nails she spent the time to file every nail with a nail file before she even used the drill. Then when my dog broke two of my nails and I called in to ask how much it would be to fix them she told me no charge! I will definitely be going back!

Staff was great but I got pointed acrylic and was there for about and hour and a half and they didnt do the cuticles of my fingers or even fill it in all the way, they didnt paint my mails entirely and filed my skin to the point where its been 24 hours and all of my fingers still hurt a lot. The shape and how sharp they are is basically what I want but they look like Ive had them for a week and not to mention my pinky nail broke with very little force. Im just really upset

Lynn did an awesome job on my nails. She took her time and was very thorough. She even stayed after about 20 minutes to finish my nails.

I only had my nails on for two days and they all broke and came off and not only that ruined my nails underneath. Very disappointed I want my money back.

Went there for the first time today at the suggestion of my stylist. Was a walk in and was able to see someone within 5 minutes. Just there for a pedicure as I have a wedding tomorrow and wearing sandals. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very gentle, as I had a cut on one of my toes. He took his time and did a great job. My toes look great!

Definitely recommend! There was little to no wait for anyone that had come in while I was there. Nails look great! Workers knew what they were doing. In and out, and very friendly!

Friendly staff easy in and out..

Set up an appointment and still had to wait half an hour. The male there nicked My sister and I, which he just laughed off, thankfully we werent injured badly.We both got a full set of acrylic, I had it on my fingertips and the polish all over my hands.He did not push back our cuticles, and there were uneven spots that I later filed down myself.

I dislike this place. i got my nails done with my friend on the 23 and it is now the 10th and all her nails are still on and i have lost 3. they rushed.

This place is a terrible place to get your nails done. They mess up the shape and leave super sharp edges. I got mine done today, my second time going there. The first time the shape [coffin] was not even close and all the corners were waaaaay too sharp. Today I got them done and the shape was better but I got them painted white and the top coat left a yellow rusty color on them and I had let the guy who did them know and he said there was nothing he could other than completely redo. And if he did I had to wait another 45 minutes before he could. It’s terrible service and I think they should get shut down. If I could I’d give them a 0 star but I think the lowest one is one star even tho it’s an overstatement.

My 2nd visit was another attempt at hoping for better service & quality. The salon itself is outdated & lacks any decor to make it inviting. Once inside I was instructed to go pick a color...at the back of the salon. Not upfront with the gel polish section.Without even checking the water temp, my nail tech told me to put my feet in. The water was extremely hot & I asked that it be cooled down a bit.Barely much of a pedicure even though I had no polish on my toes to be removed. The scrub & exfoliation was minimal as well as the leg & foot massage. During this time, the nail tech was coughing all over the place & barely covering his mouth. At the end of the polish application, he barely cleaned up the areas he spilled polish down my toes.My manicure was a nightmare because of the nail techs continuing coughing. He coughed ON my hands several times & I ended the manicure by stating that I didnt need any polish.This was the final straw. I will not return nor will I recommend this nail salon to any friends or family.

My cousin and I got are nails done as a coffin and the guy who did her nails wasnt even doing her nails right, after ever finger he would go on his computer and watch something, the shape was all off and everything was messy. I had a girl she was really kind and did my nails well, but the day after getting them done the matte on my pinki nail is coming off...

Went there at 7:30 and was asked to come back tomorrow. They didn’t even ask me what I needed when they close at 8. Wasn’t impressed by this. Just so they could leave early. Not good customer service especially when all I needed was them to fix my broken nail.

I did not like this place went there with my mom and aunt the lady did not do my nails right i asked for acrylic nails the lady tried to peal off my skin on my finger i would not recommend they came off in 5 days on there own.

IM LOOKING FOR A NAIL SHOP THAT DOES NAILS AND KEEPS UP WITH THE LATEST TRENDS, PERIOD!! Can anyone direct me to a nail shop that’s constantly training the staff, and that’s not full of senior nail techs, who doesn’t LISTEN TO THE PAYING CLIENTS!I left a shop to try this shop, and my first experience was fine, I got my real nails done with gel, I was satisfied with the young nail tech. My second visit was with another younger girl, who was texting, and did a rush job, very unprofessional, my pedicure by her was awful, hell I could’ve done that botched job, she rushed thru my pedicure and had the nerves to pound the bottom of my feet like she did something, my toenails was still uneven and sharp, my feet weren’t scrubbed good at all, she even forgot, (as well as I)the topcoat. It was bad. I even tipped her still because I’m just cordial and that’s my etiquette. My third visit was by and older man and he did and awful job, he wore glasses, but I promise you he can’t see, he stated I needed a manicure with my gel and he was just ah picking skin that wasn’t needed, I was like “okay🙄” I was like enough and polish please. He did the polish and it was still on my skin, my cuticles skin was still sticking up with polish on it, as I went back and forth out the heaters it got uglier, and what I was charged I could’ve got a full set of acrylic put on. I was very upset. So I’m not keen on going back to this place. I thought I found a new nail shop, but I just keep getting the same ol’ same ol’ place after place.

I went here because of the reviews. Highly disappointed. I waited for 30 mins when I was told a 15-20 min wait. The employees were talking about the previous customer and their tips in front of me. The lady who did my nails did a decent job. I cant complain with that. Although, she charged me $8 extra just for getting a different shaped nail. (I got the coffin shape) so in stead of the $27 full set, I paid $35. She was also very irritated that I brought my kids, mostly my 19month daughter. She did very well behavior wise but I still felt she was annoyed.. I paid with card and wasnt aware of how they print, im used to writing tips on the print out, she told me my daughter was the tip, as in leave her home next time. I wont bw going back.*** edit- one week after, 2 nails have broken off. Both at the site where she glued the tip. Doing normal activities. One of them, just picking up my toddler. If I can figure out how, ill upload pictures. Completely unimpressed. Do not bother wasting your money on poor quality! Go to Cali Nail ! I should have never left due to convenience.

Showed up for my appointment that I made earlier in the day, was told they were running behind and it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later asked how much longer and the ladys response was we are behind and she was really rude and acted like it was MY fault!! I walked out and do not plan on ever going back!!
