I came in on a Saturday an hour before close and the manager Jeanie was very patient extremely helpful stayed an hour past closing on a Saturday did not make me feel like she didnt even mention going home at all she was absolutely wonderful she made the experience nice with with the problems I was having I sure appreciate her having patience with me

From the very beginning the ladies at the office were very professional, kind and understanding. I was in a bind, and needed extra money before pay day. Advance America was able to get this for me.I am giving three stars because of the method of payment. I was under the understanding that cash or checks are usually given (or direct deposit) in this situation, but when I was handed a pre-paid visa after the process I was dissappointed. The Manager explained she usually gives out cash, but there wasnt enough in the store, and that her check machine was down. She assured me that the bank would gladly transfer funds from the card to my bank account.HOWEVER my bank did not. They normally would not transfer funds from a temporary card with no issuers name on it. I needed the funds in my bank, not on a card. After pleading with the bank, they did accept the funds from the temporary card, but this whole process was almost a useless and burdonsome process simply because of the method of payment.

I was late was to payoff my 267.00 bal. And they cashed the 567.00 check they were holding and wow now bank account negative and a 39.00 overdraft I had a paycheck
