Be nice if the drivers actually delivered packages. Or when the do, deliver them to the right place.

The customer service workers are always friendly and helpful. The UPS drivers are also very friendly. I tried to return a package while it was closed (I didn’t know) and one UPS worker took my package inside before leaving.Thanks for the great service!!

I had a package that was to be delivered on Wednesday. I was going to be out of town so I payed the extra fee to have it delivered on Friday instead. My package never arrived😡. I then called Customer Care on Saturday and told them I’d just pick it up at their location because they didn’t know if I would receive it on Monday. I drove 30 minutes to pick it up only to find out they don’t even open on Saturdays anymore. Would’ve been nice to know, you would think customer care would of told me that. So now I have to call them again on Monday and figure out when my package will be delivered.

I would rather come here than go to the post office. Every time I go to the post office, theres always a long line to wait in. But This UPS center has never failed to impress me. Ive been coming here for years and service is always fast. Its nice and quiet and I never have to wait in line. Employees are always nice and respectful. Highly recommended...

Clean space and friendly, helpful staff.

Friendly on time service was getting packages delivered but I wanted to pick them up since they were 10 minutes away all I had to do was go online and change it to b picked up. The lady at front desk seen it was for King said yes they r right out here on a cart ready to go found it easier to use the big doors. Real excellent service and time very quick.

The driver that delivers in my area is ridiculous. Today marks the 3rd package that has been postponed even Ive paid my hard earned money for faster shipping. Paid for 1 day shipping which everyone knows isnt cheap and still havent got my package, its been 12 hours since it was posted as out for delivery. Next time if I know Im going to be dealing with UPS, Ill just pay for the cheapest and longest shipping to give these lazy people time to get it together.

The Customer service at this center is OUTSTANDING, due in no small part to a person who told me she is just a back up This is not the 1st U.P.S center where the back-up person seems like they are such OUTSTANDING CUSTOMERS service professionals. I believe her name is Erica, U.P.S,THIS person needs to be given a raise and or a promotion!

Its open until 10 am to 7pm Monday thu Friday.

Absolutely horrible! Driver pulled into neighbors driveway. I went to greet because I knew I had a package coming. He started to take off. I then ran and waved him down. Wouldnt even exit his vehicle. Simply said yea I had a package for you but its not on my truck. Then took off. Customer service had me up for hours promising the arrival...being it is a signed delivery. 4.5 hours later finally they admit it was never loaded and wouldnt even comp a 2 hour window for delivery seeing as Im a busy guy...ridiculous.

They suck...never deliver my package on time always a reason why it wasnt delivered. They dont ring doorbell or knock. Hell they dont even put stickers on the door they just never show up. Package is already 3 days LATE!!! And still nothing.

Always helpful and an easy place to work with. Picking something up or dropping something off, doesnt matter. Hardest part is keeping my not so little little ones from wanting the collectible toy UPS gear.

Im always a person who love leaving good and positives reviews but this time I have to say that there is a clerk guy in that office who is very rude, very impolite, he talked over me, to the point that made me nervous, he made me feel that was bad idea to go there and ask for a lost package .I left very discouraged with the felling that he is not going to do nothing to help me and of course I dont want come back there whatsoever. Unfortunately for me, they get my packages and I have to go back there sometime in the future againSome people just dont March with their job,.If you work with people,and you hate it you should not be there.Eos Stamp

UPS is a joke had a package shipped from Minnesota I live in the northern part of Indiana My package went from Minnesota to Illinois to Indianapolis back to Illinois close by St. Louis back to Indianapolis then came up to Elkhart close to where I live it should’ve stopped at that point and got delivered no they had to send it all the way to Texas I guess they felt the package wasn’t beat up enough waiting to see where it goes Next Will never ship with UPS again And their delivery people most of them I met are not very friendly at all They need to have a customer service non-automated so you can call and find out what’s going on with your package in a case like mine

Chris supplies very excellent customer service!

Very convienient location. However as another reviewer commented, the regular clerk seems to have a problem. I sell products over the internet therefore I make frequent trips to shipping centers. The clerk gives me that you again look every time I show up. It really bothers me, he really needs to just do his job.

I went to the Customer Sevice Center on a Saturday needing help with a package. I was told “we don’t do anything on Saturday”. Then you should not have the customer service desk open on Saturday. Terribly rude service.
