Over all I like this store, lots of stuff to look at or good buys you can find. I was suprised at some of the home decor very beautiful and some so cute! I like Lowes staff on a commercial level. Also recently purchased new carpet, and got free installation. The company who did the installation did a fantastic job! Staff usually pretty good.

I have been in Lowes a lot lately, and I have received fantastic assistance in there. I havent had any trouble with any of the returns Ive had to do, and a couple of the employees even recognize me at this point. They have been a wealth of info during the past few months as I fully renovated my home, and Ive always been able to get what I need there. My only complaint is that I wish they had a bigger selection of things that are NOT made in China. Sorry to say, but I have wasted more money on tools and drill bits and hole saws and other expensive items than I care to imagine, all because the items have broken within a week or two. And theyre just as expensive as the Made in USA (or elsewhere) stuff, sometimes more so, and after I wised up I was disappointed to see that sometimes I have ZERO options for country of manufacture. Paint rollers for instance? Ive busted about 10 of them, all different brands. Handle pretty much just snaps right off after a few days of use. Every single one was made in China. By comparison I eventually bought two online (made in the US) for about a quarter of the cost of the ones that kept breaking. Im still using those same two after half a year. If this Lowes would just mix up the selection a little bit, they would be perfect.

Went to buy carpet remnant. Found what i wanted and cashier rang it up at full price instead of discounted price. Which was in bold 3in numbers. Them had to go to customer service to get it corrected that took better than 20 min. I suggest the employees get more training.

The key machine was awesome! 3 keys in 3 minutes! Custom designs on the keys. Buy 2 get 1 free. Just insert your key and the machine does the rest, so easy. You also pay at the machine which is so convenient. Highly recommend! Fast and easy!

Price was good, supply was good. Darnell in the garden section was helpful and polite.

Wish I could remember the mature man who helped us in flooring today. Outstanding customer service! We went to Menard first. Poor knowledge from their flooring department. Glad we went to Lowes.

I went with a friend who was going for pressure washer parts. I stopped along the way to look at different things I need for work and home organization, finding exactly what I expected to. I also found a few good ideas on how to spend my Amazon gift card.

Products are subpar. with the attitude of if they dont carry what you want you dont needed it. no customer service anywhere. should just let customers mix their own paint how hard could it be. based on the clerk that finally shows up. lower your prices to match the quality of product you sell and pay your help a few more buck. sure your profit will be lower but still better than if I just buy what I need on Amazon.

Big box store, yeah they got pretty much everything, duh.

Awful. Understaffed, and the few who were there, undertrained. I literally had to get the portable stairs and climb up to get my own 2×6×8. At least menards helps you with lumber. And are trained in their dept. Ok, so the only reason I gave 1 star is because my review wouldnt post without a rating.

Ive been to many different Lowes stores around the country. Our local stores here in Goshen and Elkhart seem to be better organized with friendlier staff than most.

Well, I was getting Lowes, getting Lowes, getting Lowes. And I was shopping the whole store. From the windows to the walls. Was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. Kinda small. It was a little John.

The associates are very helpful and have good knowledge of their products. They also have a lot of plants selection

I ordered online and picked up by driving there and they brought my order out to my car. Very fast, convenient and no going in the store.

I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes each time I need to make a purchase to this store over the Goshen store, any day. Lowes in Elkhart has never given me any issues and has always been great. They are always kind and helpful and actually do their jobs.

Came looking for a certain bracket. Asked 3 different accolades. All pointed different. 1 watched us walk up and down an aisle and never offered assistance. I miss the days of customer service. Off to Menards.

Samer as Menards but alot more expensive everything there is to much for the same things

Just left Lowes lawn and garden dept. Several employees stocking but nobody acknowledged us. We asked 2 different employees for help finding what we needed and were simply pointed in the right direction....still unable to find it so we are spending our money at Menards instead....today and from now on.

Visited the garden center of Lowes and was very pleased with the variety of plants and mulch. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I like being able to go in here without having to wear a mask and no one gives me any issue about it. They are even happy to help me even though I dont have a mask on. Most of the time Im in and out with what I need and dont need to bother anyone while Im there. Its nice to know a company will still serve customers even if they may not have the same opinion about mask wearing guidelines. They will always get my business. Great clean store with very helpful team members.

I’ve had better service at a small handyman shop. Put on hold over the phone literally over 7 times for no reason, and another time I bought a refrigerator and they not only didn’t help load it into the truck but dented it badly. Also never paid me the money back they promised for denting it. Look Somewhere ELSE!!

It is “7th circle of hell” hot in this store! I almost passed out. Turn on the a/c. I had to leave my cart and couldn’t purchase what I came for. I’m calling corporate to let them know as well. It’s dangerous for people in a weakened condition, to shop in those temps

1 star rating due to only self check lanes open and contractor register on last visit. clerk at contractor check out had to be asked to bag small items. she was so slow to respond we did it ourselves.

Lots of choices at Lowes. But, once again, the item wanted and showing in stock online wasnt there. I was able to search through the store and find alternatives that woked for the repair I needed to do but it was annoying and time consuming.

The Elkhart location of Lowe’s is a great place to purchase anything needs for home improvement. The workers are knowledgeable and helpful. As a professional, I appreciate that they have products and tools focused on our market. Keep up the good work.

I bought a new chain link fence from Zack. The outside sales rep. He was fast and accurate as to what I wanted. They installed it a week early and the installers did a fantastic job. Quality work. Super happy. My dogs love there new yard.

Im giving this review 1 star because I cant leave 0 stars.I placed an order online back in June for 15 sections of fencing. I was told that they would deliver the sections on June 20th, but the delivery never showed up. For 3 months I was charged over $900 every week and one week in particular they double charged me causing my checking account to go negative.Every time I called customer service to check the status of the order I got the run around saying that the sections were ready for delivery, but then someone named Adam said that they couldnt fulfill the order due to demand. Then one of my friends ordered fencing from them last week and had the sections delivered yesterday. So I called today and cancelled the order. The customer service representative that I spoke with (his name was Troy) asked me why I was cancelling the order and I said that it was due to not receiving the order after waiting for 3 months.Ill be taking my business elsewhere because this company is a joke. The people that work there are extremely rude and shouldnt be working in customer service or in retail for that matter.

Only nice thing I can say is, no one goes here. Finding stuff and getting in/out is really quick.

100% satisfaction promise on paint is false! It only pertains to valspar!I bought 4 gallons of rustoleum rock solid deck paint at the same time and after it was applied and dry it is 2 different colors? the person mixing the paint screwed it up! paid $149.71 and they would only credited me $37.43 now Im out $112.28 and have to look at a 2 tone deck! Unacceptable!

They said my sisters freezer was there and it was not but she got a better deal then the one She wanted i was the guy hailing it w my truck so Im glad it worked out

Had to buy drop ceiling make 3 trips all the peices were bent and staff was not accommodating infact walked me back to look at the same boxs that had bad products in as well. Poor exsperience to say the least Menards it is

I purchased a new but dented refrigerator. We asked if it could be delivered and were told no since it was discountedIt also had the water connecter missing. So I trying to get my old one turned into a planter.

Much more expensive than Menards or Home Depot. Was not impressed with the selection nor the prices. Left empty handed.

Good garden center and selection of plants but very hit-or-miss on customer service inside. Went in to get some keys made and no one knew how to run the key cutter. Actually told me to use the more expensive do-it-yourself machine. Also, anti-theft beepers going off in the tool section and no one around or even cared to see what was going on or turn them off. Its a shame that big box stores with poor customer service have put the squeeze on small hardware stores where you can actually get things done - like keys!

I went to the power washer dept ask for assistance on ordering a part (pump) for a model i bought there a while back he looked it up with difficulty and kept wanting my to order a carburetor instead insisting it would help knowing my parts i explained to him 2 different parts

Absolutely atrocious service. My mother bought a refrigerator, paid for delivery and removal. She was told they would deliver it on Friday morning. Then was told they would be back the next morning. They didnt show up. Called them back, was then told they do not work on Saturday, but they would be back Monday morning first thing. They did not show up Monday. Called and spoke to two different people and they both said they were going to be right over. They never showed. Then spoke to someone that said they will be there Tuesday morning. I am not holding my breath. There has been no offers or effort from Lowes to make this right. More food has been lost because it sat out since we thought they were showing up. No offer to refund the delivery and removal. Nothing.

Easy to find what I needed, friendly service

We were proceeding to ask a question from a person working in the lawnmower section but turned around when we noticed him not wearing his mask. With these associates seeing hundreds of customers each day the mask is vital to keep associates and customers safe during these times.

For the record: I judge home improvement stores by their garden centers. Lowes is pretty dang good.

Great experience. Needed interior doors but not all the framing around the door. Menards only had preframed doors for well over 100 dollars each. We got both interior doors we needed, hinges and new door knobs for about 150 dollars total. May just skip Mebards completely next time!

Went in looking for something to try and make the project I was working on ...actually work. Staff was friendly and even though very busy took the time to suggest and help me find what I needed.

I ordered a wheelbarrow online and when I went to the store to pick it up it had already been used by the store and had a loose wheel. They made no effort to explain why it was in the current condition nor did they offer to replace it. They simply said its been sitting awhile, have a nice day
