Called for a lock smith and was hung up on because of my repsonse to the price. I didnt curse, i didnt yell, i wasnt rude. Wouldnt recommend calling u might get hung up on.

Called first to see if they could program my remote. Said I was a few minutes away. Only can talk to employee through drive thru window. They questioned who I had talked to ... Cruz guy had already left. They called him to come back. Then she asked for some info. Told her my son ordered an un-programmed remote for my birthday (senior citizen) and all I had to do was find a place to program it. Lady came back to window and very curt...said we cant program that. I asked why and she said guy is not here and we dont have the equipment. This place is a joke..they advertise programming remotes.

Great! It was Sunday, I locked myself out of my house/car. It was freezing. The locksmith was there quickly, he was polite &professinal. He had to work awhile because its an old lock.! He explained what he had to do. He gave me a card and left. I will use them again!!
