Everytime I try and come at 12:30 when it says they’re open, I end up waiting for a long time. I’m currently STILL waiting even after I called and the man answering said the lady will be here at 1. It’s currently 1:27. Not professional. Definitely won’t be coming again.

They did a so so job. I would not come here again. They messed up one of my eyebrows. They also need to work on their customer service skills. The ladies in there dont seem to be people friendly. The whole time she was doing my eyebrows. She was on the phone the entire time. Which I found very rude. Maybe if you were paying attention to what you were doing instead of your phone call. You would not have messed up my eyebrow. At least offer me a discount because you messed up the eyebrow.I would not recommend this place at all.👎👎👎 They are lucky that I even put two stars.

Heard good things so wanted to try getting my eyebrows done here...the lady had her headphones in and didn’t even say hi, acknowledge me or anything she just stared and after I stood there for like 9 minutes she finally asked if I need help and I told her I just would like my eyebrows done and asked her if she’s on break? She said she’s on her break and it’ll be half an hour wait...okay that’s fine and all but next time at least communicate, put your phone down for a second, take your headphones out of your ear to acknowledge a customer and let them know that you’re on break don’t just awkwardly glance at them and ignore them 🙄 maybe she was having a bad day idk, might try coming back and hopefully next time goes a lil better.
