The Awakening REALM is a community filled with love, encouragement, compassion, and inspires others to begin were one is at. The Awakening REALM isnt just a yoga studio, its the whole experience! They inspire others to live their best life, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually if one so desires. Beautiful place, with beautiful people!

I have been wanting to get the yogi experience and it led me to the Awakening Realm! I have enjoyed a verity of relaxing, uplifting, detoxifying, stretch worthy sessions! It brought the breath of life back to me! I would recommend it to everyone who wants to take care of their mind, body and spirit.

I have done private lessons and coaching with Lisa for several years. Lisa is professional and filled with knowledge. She radiates good energy. I felt uplifted just being around her.

My reiki session with Allison was truly an amazing experience. It was my first time and Allison was very knowledgeable and took her time helping me with my blockages.

Incredible community and so many amazing services, classes and workshops to choose from! Love that kids yoga is offered so our littles can develop their own practice, learn mindfulness concepts at an early age, and experience it all in a loving, supportive community!
