The staff is very helpful, the equipment is top notch. Ive had memberships at several local gyms, this one suits every need... Its very clean, yes as of now masks are required, but thats no big deal. Ive gone at peak time and its not bad at all. Its $10 more than my last gym but the list of things that a $49 membership gets you is incredible. This is a facility straight out of Hollywood.

Read this before signing up! I used to love this gym, now I cannot stand being here. The price per month is outrageous, especially because you sign a contract that you cannot cancel unless you move more than 25 miles away. I come here 4-5 times a week. First I spend 15 minutes trying to find a parking spot. The front desk people are forced to say hello and goodbye but not much else. There is no communication about changes at the gym, I.e opening 24hrs again which no one disclosed, I then asked about it and the girl told me yes but didn’t bother telling me I need a special “night card” along with the fob for during the day. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Aside from all that more than half of this gym is cardio equipment, weightlifting and cable machines are one of each placed very close to each other. Only ONE of each machine. There is no machines for squats or hip thrust, only two benches. So you’re waiting to use everything, along with other people in line before you. Bottom line this place is way to small for the amount of people that come here. Lots of children and big groups come and cycle on one machine so no one else has a chance to use it. They do not enforce their “gym etiquette “ whatsoever, so to be honest I’d love to cancel my membership, but I can’t so I’m stuck paying on it till nov. 100% disappointed every single time I come to workout

My whole family would get a membership if they had a indoor tennis court please consider this

I became a member in August 2020 and love it! Its clean, professional, good communication. I have had swimming aerobics, swimming arthritis therapy, hot tub experiences and they are all top notch. The showers and locker rooms and restrooms are clean and up to date. The trainers and workout equipment are good. The trainers are all college educated and the workout equipment is versatile. The free classes offered are really helpful. Ive been physically evaluated twice now and Im improving on range of mobility and strength. Its working for me. I rate this one very high.

Love the facility. Staff needs to be trained. Very unprofessional and such apathy towards helping you. I’m shocked every single time I go there because of how awful the staff is toward you. They literally act like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. Awful customer service!!! Won’t go back.

We decided to come back after 4 months because we were being harassed by front desk management . We called they said they couldn’t do anything about it .So tonight we come back out walk in @ 825 and the boy at the front desk has the nerve to tell us what time they close !It gets better we’re walking to the pool area and an employee is screaming the lords name in vein.We waited 4 months for This

Embarrassing a multi-million dollar facility with the most expensive memberships around doesn’t have backup generators to power the facility.

Lots of great stuff however you cant hardly use any of it right now and there are a lot of bogus rules that dont make sense at the moment. 5 stars when not in a pandemic but id look else where until its over with.

Its a nice place I was there when it open a week prior and there were many people but the employees and the people there were nice. There is a pool and a basketball court you can rent half the basketball court for a birthday some little kid did it when I was there. Overall 5/5 starts a recommended place!

Besides being able to get a little lost (thank you helpful security guard) this is a really nice facility! The pool is nice and large, plenty of space, and I love that they used all available room to fit equipment. Yet it doesnt feel crammed at all.

We visited the Beacon Health & Fitness center Sunday 11/22/20 the security guard on duty was so rude and unwelcoming we will NEVER go back!! Its really sad when you have such unwelcoming people working your doors..

Awesome place to go for so many reasons. Once gym for basketball, huge swimming areas for laps or pool basketball, the workout area looks pretty legit too. I did not get a chance to use any equipment in there yet bet it is a really nice place.

Really nice facility. You definitely know that your kind isnt welcome. Dont worry. I dont care to be where Im not wanted. Front desk staff needs training. I gave them my complementary pass back. Dont worry I got the message.

I couldnt be more satisfied with this gym. Everything is new and very clean. All of the staff are friendly and respectful. Theres plenty of equipment, including actual squat racks and not smith machines. Everything needed to get a great full body workout is all here. I couldnt believe how nice the locker rooms were when I first visited. It was hard for me to not smile when I first visited this place. The Beacon Health and Fitness Center was very much needed in this city.

Beautiful new facility. Full size basketball courts, huge pool area, clean new workout equipment. The price is definitely up there compared to other gyms in the area but its worth it

Nice place. Would have been better to have kept the YMCA open and just updated it. Hopefully itll be a place where kids can go since Elkhart decided to shut down Tolson center.

Great place to work out, take a yoga class, or sit in a water massage chair to relax.

Beautiful facility. Easy to get to. Very comfortable seating and viewing of events.

Well the pool is unbeivebly huge, its all I can do just to swim the lenght of the pool. Then there are two other pools, a warm water pool kept at 91 degrees. A smaller regular pool and a really big hot tub. The showers are private and have soap,shampoo, and conditioner. They also provide razors and shave creme. I like the body dryers and blow dryers helps warm me back up after swimming.

Good place to work out. If the basketball court was open 24/7 then Id probably give it 5 stars.

Here for swim lessons, but impressed with whole facility. Nice courts for basketball or pickleball. Grear workout area and the pool is beyond words.

When my previous gym closed down I looked at almost every gym in Mishawaka, Granger and the west side of Elkhart including Beacons Mishawaka location and this is hands down the nicest of the bunch. It is a gorgeous facility.

It is ridiculous that this company does not accept silver sneakers. Availability for those in need to be able to keep their bodies healthy and in working order should be a main goal of this “medical group” what a joke. How can you take pride in your business when you deny our senior citizens of fitness when they can’t afford it. A money hungry corporation is sadly the only title this company deserves

The pool, track, workout machines and most classes are included I the monthly fee. I like that it is connected to a hospital too.

We joined this beautiful gym. So much you can do. Swim, play ball, workout, take classes or lessons.
