This is the place that Amazon recommends to go to if you have return items. They are great. I do not even have to box the item up. They take care of all that. Just show them the return code, they print you a receipt and you walk out the door. They have always been friendly and courteous.

The employees are very nice and friendly. They greet you in a way that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. They are very knowledgeable about the many services that they provide. I sent a package to my daughter in Kentucky and it arrived the next day. I was expecting it to arrive in 2 to 3 days. Ive also had documents faxed. Im very happy with the service that the UPS Store provides.

Alyssa and Katie were incredibly helpful and polite. Agreed to put up with me showing up right at closing and helping me get my voter registration in. After I called to tell them I would be a pain in the but and they agreed to help me, they called me back to tell me that it wouldnt go out today from their store but if I went to a different location then it would be postmarked today! That didnt matter, Im just in dispose all day tomorrow. So helpful!
