My fiancée and I have been living here for almost 2 months. Prior to us living here my sister and her small family lived here for a couple of years and I remembered how peaceful and quiet it is here. We requested a two bedroom and it is really spacious for us! Not only that the management and leasing office have been so good to my fiancée and I! It is our first experience living on our own and the leasing office have been nothing but, helpful and very professional! They reply to my emails and calls immediately (within business hours of course) They are very understanding and patient with us especially knowing we are first timers! We reported our sliding door being dirty in between the glass, so it was impossible to clean it ourselves and they replaced the dirty sliding door with a whole new door almost immediately! We are very grateful! I will be making another review down the road for an update! So far, it has been an AMAZING experience here!

OMG, great people great place to live. Clean grounds nice and quiet. And the office and maintenance personnel are next level. The best place to live in Elkhart County.

They dont care about you once they have your money. I dont even know where to start, the inconvenience of construction shaking the apartment all last summer, to our front yard turning into a worksite with dumpsters and portapotys, or maintenance issues getting ignored and being told its fine because they dont want to fix it. I dont even try to put in orders for my unstable washing machine and worthless dishwasher, I just live with it because I understand how u guys operate. But the real reason I was motivated to write this, is because I put in a maintenance request for them to take care of a bees nest that is growing right by the front door. They marked it as complete and did Nothing! They are all still there and getting worse, so far this weekend Ive had 1 bee in my unit and 2 in our hallway. Could have been avoided but instead ya just lie about it and mark it complete. Ill be out of here as soon as possible

Prepare to Wait hree months once you’re approved to get in here. They make you pay an application fee And a $200 deposit to hold your place.They won’t give you a unit number or a move-in date. You’ll just sit in limbo forever.Then if you find a place Before then they will not return your $200 deposit. They are into the lucrative business of praying upon desperate people looking for a place to live. Then when they can’t provide it they keep your deposit

Lived there for almost 2 years and no one was able to fix the AC. We had to pay hundreds of dollars on electric bills because the AC was constantly running. Not once did they offer to help or cover the charges. This then led to condensation pooling on the utility room floor that then caused our floor (we were upstairs) to collapse on the apartment under us. This still wasnt important enough for them to repair the AC. Once we found mold growing because of all the water pooling we decided to leave. None of this was reasonable enough for us to not have to pay any early lease termination fees. We had to pay the months rent plus the lease termination fee and working with the management on this was just a battle. No sympathy for the situation. Just wanting their money. What a joke of a place.

Recently ended a lease to move into my new house. Proceeded to take 100.00 of my deposit because some carpet was messed up. Told me my 200 pet deposit didn’t cover it and it was just a fee to have a pet. Called up and the property manager Kristen hung up on me and didn’t want to explain why. Just that is the way it is. Tried call corporate multiple time before leaving this review. But no one will answer the phone.

Outdated building and appliances. My father has been here for over a year and the upstairs neighbors that are always loud and the complex doesn’t do any about it. dont recommend.

After being here for three months so far, I can say Im enjoying it. Everything is taken care of nicely and often. Had an issue with our central air unit. Sent an email about it at 9:00 in the morning, and upon arriving home at 12:45 for lunch that same day, it was being fixed/replaced! Thats awesome! Probably one of the quietest places Ive ever lived and all my neighbors have been quite pleasant. And its nice to have a place that caters to pet owners! Seems almost everyone here has dogs and walks them often. And theres convenient pet waste stations on nearly every street corner, with complimentary bag dispensers!Will frequently return here to update my review as needed. But for now, were very happy with this top-notch community!

Ive lived her for 3 weeks now omg what a home off the chart so happy I made this choice staff and mantinance ground keepers amazing I found this special kind of home looking fwd to my future here the deer the flock of Turkeys plentiful of black grey brown squirrels to keep a window view happy Home is happiness for the spirit

Windows are not energy efficient...the apartments are good size with a mix of outdated appliances and new ones. Pet friendly. I prefer not knowing my neighbors but that didnt seem to be an option here. Lots of trees and they make a solid attempt at clearing snow. In elkhart its probably the best they have to live out of. We travel for work and move often. They have a good move out policy compared to everyone else.

Great place. Great maintenance. Great management. Sometimes wish the apartments were a little bigger, but still a great place to live

Most beautiful balance of cost, comfort and care: attractive, well-maintained apartments, cleared lanes and driveways, lovely trees and grounds, responsive management team and maintenance staff. It feels very good to be here.

Smelly has termites, bedbugs, constant drug deals, awful lawncare and cockroaches.

Clean landscaping, nice pool area.

Mold. Spider and earwig infested. Outdated interior.

Way overpriced and they havent done anything about the cockroache problem!!!

I moved in in early June and have been very pleased with just about everything in and around my new home. The property feels like a neighborhood, my immediate neighbors are great, and the staff is very responsive. My biggest issue is how loud my AC and heat are when sitting in the living room. An open mind is necessary considering the age of the property. If I can get a garage or larger apartment with attached garage I am more than likely to be a long term tenant.

I have lived here 3 years everyone has been helpful and informative. They keep property up, and maintenance staff are prompt.
