Very friendly. I was able to arrange a Saturday pickup. Generator now starts right up. He even put fuel stabilizer in it since I dont use it frequently.He is a little relaxed with his policies, so I would recommend distinctively marking your equipment. He eventually puts a tag on it for his internal tracking, but didnt provide a claim tag for me. I had no issues, but I wish I had done that; just in case there had been a similar generator being serviced.

Small shop thats big on service. Found thru google and took a chance. Great job repairing my Honda snow blower with a damaged cylinder, and even made other adjustments for it to perform better. Starts right up every winter. Kept me informed of progress and delivered on time at agreed price.

Absolutly horrible. I first was told the next day. The he told me he never said that. Ive been lied to 3 times over a carberator being adjusted. He said a weed eater was in front of me 7 days ago. I still dont havemy tractor.
