We requested that the company send us better pictures of the awning fabric than what the website shows. After a few days and follow up calls reminding them to send it, we did finally get the pictures. I attached them to help the next guy.. still not sure why they arent on the site. Regardless, the fabric shipped out the day after we placed our order and arrived a few days after that. The directions are vague so I recommend watching a video on YouTube. Installation is relatively simple. The fabric is definitely not the highest of quality but well worth the price. Overall, Id buy it again. I just wish that the communication was a bit better in the beginning.
