My hard drive died. Passed away. Gone on to that great computer in the sky. Carlos was quick to respond. Put in new hard drive, restored pc to new, set up a back up portable drive, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and will take all my computer issues to him. I called and CARLOS KEPT HANGING UP ON ME! I called he answered and i said I need to get a quote on how much a repair will cost the problems its having are... then i got hung up on! I called back thinking it was my phone maybe but nope. when i called back the second time he answered again and i said i just called and i think the phone got disconnected sorry.. then he hung up again! i dont know what his issue was but if thats how they operate then i will never let them go near one of my computers!

Sylvermyst did a great job recovering the data from my external HD. I took it to them and they were able to recover all my valuable files. All my memorable pictures, my grad school research papers, my power point presentations, amoung other files were recovered. I was extremely happy that they were able to recover data that I thought I had lost for ever. Carlos did an amazing job and I will definitely go to him in the future. Extremely happy customer!
