I paid $ 32 for the best service and they didnt. the workers seem to be angry about working.

Ive veen going here for years. I must say they pick and choose whos car they will attempt to clean correctly. They must do better. Especially when people are leaving tips and paying $20 and above. Do better on the windows, better vacuuming and wiping the consoles.Only way they do it you must monitor and tell them to do it right.

First drive through, truck came out exceptionally clean for a quick Wash & Go service. Tailgate was clean 👍🏼👍🏼Came in with a decent layer of road salt and dirt.For the price, it was worth it. ($10 + tip)Each car gets individual attention and is driven through by staff.They do not have the cars racked up super close to each other like a particular local D&S does. Having had someone hit a car of mine in a wash, I truly appreciate the distance on the belt that they give. (Nowhere locally).A 20 GMC Crew Cab 6ft Bed fit through without any issues. Side mirrors came out without being all disoriented. Have a shorty antenna that came out just fine, Mikes actually ripped the last one off. Im sure a long antenna would be fine.Being accustomed to Mikes Carwash, the basic Wash & Go is equivalent to their regular wash. There wash & go is better then the Top wash at Drive & Shine!!! ( D&S didnt even get the tailgate clean or the deep contours!)For getting the cheapest wash option, I am pleasantly surprised with how it came out. For the deeper contours of the hood and tailgate, they were clean with no dirt shadow! As for the fine detail on the grill, it didnt get into the tiny gaps, but not a deal breaker! The rims are rather large and came out well, my tires could have used the tire cleaning extra.The black trim and hard tonneau cover came out clean with no white residue or spots. The chrome did have water spots by the time I got home, had it been towel dried there... Im sure there wouldnt have been nearly as many.The side windows had relatively few water spots, the windshield more so... however I wasnt expecting it to be spotless without a towel dry.The roof flare out with the brake light is the only area that didnt really get cleaned, not a big deal!For anyone who is expecting a SPOTLESS perfectly cleaned showroom car, you need to pay to have it professionally detailed. If you come in with a dog fur bombed car, it even says on the sign... they wont be able to get it all.Come in with a car that looks like a toddler birthday party, they can only do so much. Those instances you really need to get it fully detailed, expecting a miracle in a few minutes at a drive through car wash is unrealistic.In an environmentaly conscious aspect, I like that they do not leave the entire system running when there is not a car actively going through.The fact they have been around for over 50yrs is pretty cool. An old sign in the towel drying area said washes 3.75, among other various old signs it was neat that they kept and displayed them.The staff was extremely polite and careful with each vehicle I saw go through.Thankfully they DO take Credit Cards! Something I hadnt thought about prior to having the truck already being washed.The overall feel of the car wash reminds me of the beach towns in Maryland and Virginia.

They washed the car and swept the inside but there was no detailing. Those still need to be done when I get home.

Paid for the $32 everything wash..... they didnt even wipe the console & the windows were smeared so bad I had to redo them when I got home.... not very happy!

Stop paying too much at Drive N Shine. This is the place you need. All of the workers are happy to assist and answer any questions. Your car will come out spotless! As for a personal story; My truck had too much rust to be cleaned by the machine brushes, so they offered to clean it by hand! (At an even cheaper price)

Paid $20 for the Rocket complete and got home to find that they barely touched it with the sweeper. I just spent 20 minutes sweeping it myself. The outside looks good but the dirt on the inside was a huge disappointment.

It seems you can tell how well your car gets done by watching the final finish crew and their attention to your vehicle. Last Fri. I had my vehicle washed “the rocket complete”, for $17.00.I drove home and next morning, when the sun was low in the sky realized the guy doing the inside passenger front window basically put the towel on the glass, wiggled it a couple of times and called it good. Looks like another car wash will get my business.

Great service, great prices, There is no other place in town that gives full service and this place goes the extra mile. I highly suggest Rocket to get your car clean. They wipe the inside of your windows, clean the door sills wipe down your dash and vacuum your car and wash your mats, and best of all they hand dry your car!! its like taking your car to the spa.

I got the ultimate wash and it was anything but ultimate the inside of my car looks untouched and my wheels look worse now than they did prior to the wash they made no attempt to even dry my once shiny wheels I wont be back the only person that was friendly was the guy taking the money at the register- disappointed!

Friendly but did a poor job cleaning inside...if Im gonna pay 25.25 plus give a 5$ tip Id like windows to be clean floors look nice dash and all wiped down...I mean I coukd have done it myself it woukd have looked better...they did not wipe anything down still dust on my dash...just highly unsatisfied...wont do it again
